Abstract: Green airport development is a critical imperative for global aviation amid escalating climate challenges. This study evaluates the environmental performance of six primary international airports in Thailand within the Thailand-China aviation supply chain. Using a systematic benchmarking methodology against six global leading airports and Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA) data, the research identifies significant performance gaps. Thai airports average only 5.8% renewable energy utilization and emit 3.8 kg CO2 per passenger, whereas international benchmarks achieve 41.7% renewable energy and 2.0 kg CO2 per passenger. Furthermore, Thailand recycling rate (21.2%) lags substantially behind the international average of 67.7%. The analysis identifies five systemic barriers: infrastructure limitations, investment constraints, technology gaps, policy fragmentation, and underdeveloped supply chain integration. To address these, the study proposes five strategic recommendations: (1) establishing a National Green Airport Master Plan; (2) mobilizing private capital through Public-Private Partnerships; (3) developing Chiang Mai Airport as an integrated pilot green hub; (4) transforming the Thailand-China corridor into a green logistics model; and (5) accelerating the Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) ecosystem. These findings provide a strategic framework for positioning Thailand as a
regional green aviation hub and contribute to the literature on sustainable logistics in emerging economies.

Abstract: This article presents a strategic analysis of the integration of digital technology and green
logistics as key mechanisms for enhancing sustainability and climate risk management in Thai airports operated by Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT). The study focuses on two major international airports–Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and Phuket International Airport (HKT)–as representative case studies in Thailand transition toward achieving Net Zero Carbon emissions by 2050. Under the Smart Airport strategy, Industry 4.0 technologies–including Digital Twin, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and biometric identification systems–have been deployed to significantly improve operational efficiency. Empirical evidence indicates that these technologies have reduced passenger processing time by up to 67%. In parallel, the implementation of the Airport Cargo Community System (ACCS) has enabled a shift toward paperless logistics operations, reducing paper consumption by more than 1.5 million sheets per year and improving logistics efficiency by cutting truck waiting times by approximately 25-30%. From a green logistics perspective, AOT has made substantial investments in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emission reduction measures. Notably, the installation of a 37.8 MW solar rooftop system
is projected to reduce cumulative carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e) emissions by more than 555,000 tons over the projects lifetime. In addition, the conversion of 3,710 units of ground support equipment (GSE) to electric vehicles (EVs) is expected to reduce fossil fuel consumption by over 10 million liters per year. Climate risk management practices at AOT align with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework, addressing both physical risks and transition risks. Furthermore, the achievement of Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA) Level 3 Optimization reflects a strong commitment to environmental governance and carbon management. Strategic recommendations emphasize the promotion of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) to address Scope 3 emissions and the systematic use of Digital Twin technology to evaluate
the outcomes of digital transformation initiatives.

Abstract: Background/Objectives: Excessive gestational weight gain (GWG) among pregnant women with overweight is associated with adverse maternal and neonatal outcomes. Previous reviews have often combined women with overweight and obesity, limiting overweight-specific evidence. This systematic review and meta-analysis evaluated the effects of lifestyle interventions on GWG among pregnant women with pre-pregnancy overweight. Methods: PubMed, Embase, Scopus, and CINAHL were searched for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) published between January 2015 and December 2025. Eligible studies included pregnant women aged ≥ 18 years with pre-pregnancy overweight who received lifestyle interventions incorporating dietary and physical activity (PA) components compared with usual antenatal care. Risk of bias was assessed using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Critical Appraisal Checklist for RCTs. Random-effects meta-analysis was performed to calculate pooled mean differences (MDs) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs). Results: Seventeen reports representing 15 unique RCTs involving 6256 participants were included in the systematic review, of whom 2216 were included in overweight subgroup analyses. Twelve studies contributing data from 1728 women with overweight were included in the meta-analysis. Common support strategies included behavioral support through goal setting and self-monitoring, as well as digital or remote follow-up. Lifestyle interventions were associated with a significant reduction in total GWG compared with usual antenatal care (MD = −1.44 kg; 95% CI: −2.34 to −0.55; p < 0.05). Substantial heterogeneity was observed across studies (I2 = 76%). Limitations included substantial heterogeneity in intervention characteristics, limited reporting of blinding procedures, and the relatively small number of studies available for subgroup analyses. Conclusions: Lifestyle interventions incorporating dietary and PA components were associated with significant reductions in GWG among pregnant women with overweight. These findings support the integration of lifestyle interventions into antenatal care to promote appropriate GWG. Further research is needed to identify the most effective intervention components and optimize intervention implementation in this population. Registration: PROSPERO CRD42023473693.
