It examines the development of Chinese online literature as a form of cultural production and communication in a transnational context. The analysis focuses on dissemination mechanisms through digital platforms, the role of translation, and the cultural factors influencing the perception and acceptance among Thai readers. The findings indicate that Chinese online literature in Thailand is characterized by diverse genres, the rapid expansion of digital channels, and a growing readership among younger generations. These trends reflect the adapt-ability of contemporary Chinese literature to different cultural environments. However, its dissemination in Thai society faces structural constraints, such as inconsistent translation quality, challenges in cultural adaptation, and copy-right protection issues. It was established to collect, preserve, and disseminate high-quality handicraft works from the Queen Sirikit Institute, playing a crucial role in transmitting knowledge of Thai arts and crafts, creating employment opportunities for the public and the children of farmers, and thus promoting the continuation of Thai wisdom. Currently, the Thai government's visa exemption policy for Chinese tourists has resulted in a continuous increase in the number of Chinese tourists visiting Thailand. Therefore, developing Chinese language services at cultural tourism destinations is essential for improving service quality and promoting the tourism industry. This research aims to study the current situation of Chinese language services at the National Arts Museum, analyze the problems and obstacles in providing services to Chinese tourists, and propose guidelines for improving these services. A mixed-methods research approach was used, collecting data from Chinese tourists and museum personnel through questionnaires and interviews. The data was then analyzed using descriptive statistics and SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to Chinese language services.
