https://has.hcu.ac.th/xmlui/handle/123456789/2184 Fri, 21 Aug 2026 21:36:08 GMT 2026-08-21T21:36:08Z https://has.hcu.ac.th/xmlui/handle/123456789/6132 การมีอายุยืนยาวอย่างมีคุณภาพ : ประสบการณ์ชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ น้ำผึ้ง มีศิล; Namphung Meesil การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพในรูปแบบปรากฏการณ์นิยมครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์ชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุที่มีอายุยืนยาวและมีคุณภาพในเขตจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก คือผู้สูงอายุที่มีอายุมากกว่า 80 ปี จำนวน 16 คน การเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง โดยใช้เครื่องมือการสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างและเก็บข้อมูลด้วย การสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก ระหว่างเดือนมกราคม - พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2569 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิง ประเด็น ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ประสบการณ์การดำรงชีวิตที่ส่งผลให้ผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการมีอายุยืนยาวและมีคุณภาพ ประกอบด้วย 1) การปรับตัวจากวิถีเกษตรกรรมสู่สังคมเมือง ส่งผลให้สะสมความแข็งแรงจากการทำงานในภาคเกษตรตั้งแต่วัยเด็ก เมื่อสังคมกลายเป็นเมืองทำให้สามารถสะสมความมั่งคั่งทางรายได้ไว้ใช้ในยามชรา 2) การรักษาสมรรถภาพร่างกายด้วยการบริโภคอาหารอย่างเหมาะสมและมีกิจกรรมทางกายอย่างสม่ำเสมอ 3) การจัดการอารมณ์เชิงบวกและการวางเป้าหมายชีวิตอย่างเหมาะสม 4) การดำรงตนอย่างมีคุณค่าต่อครอบครัวและสังคม ทั้งนี้ ผู้สูงอายุและประชากรในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการจะได้แนวปฏิบัติที่ดีในการทำให้มีอายุยืนยาว หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องจะสามารถนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้สร้างนโยบายสุขภาพที่เอื้อต่อการมีอายุยืนยาว; This research aims to study the life experiences of long-lived and high-quality elderly people in Samut Prakan province. This is a qualitative, phenomenological research study using the concept of longevity. The sample group consisted of 16 elderly individuals aged over 80 years, purposive sampling. Data was collected using semi-structured interview tools and through in-depth interviews, analyze the data using thematic analysis. The research results found that the living experiences that contribute to longevity and quality of life for elderly people in Samut Prakan province include: 1) Adapting from an agricultural way of life to an urban society. This resulted in them accumulating physical strength from working in agriculture since childhood, enabling them to build up income and wealth for their old age when society became urbanized. 2) Maintaining physical fitness involves consuming a proper diet and engaging in regular physical activity. 3) Positive Emotion Management and setting appropriate life goals. 4) Living a valuable life for one's family and society. The older adults and the population in Samut Prakan province will receive best practices for achieving longevity. Relevant agencies will be able to use the research findings to create health policies that promote longevity. The paper presents: a), situations and differences in each member state that create both obstacles and opportunities in terms of population, human development, religion, local culture, language and history; b) politics and government, as well as conflict among member countries are noted; c) the core significant social problems which challenge the ASEAN community are discussed, including rural and urban poverty, health and aging issues, migrant worker and human trafficking, drug problems, disasters, gender and inequality, domestic violence. The author concludes that social work, social welfare and social protection require academic collaboration among the ten member countries. This process should play a crucial role for ASEAN Economic community integration in 2016.
