https://has.hcu.ac.th/xmlui/handle/123456789/5910 Office of Academic Development Sun, 26 Jul 2026 04:51:54 GMT 2026-07-26T04:51:54Z https://localhost:443/xmlui/bitstream/id/2cfbaaf4-2f2a-462f-97d8-123cfb625f7c/Offices Logo_Academic Development.png https://has.hcu.ac.th/xmlui/handle/123456789/5910 https://has.hcu.ac.th/xmlui/handle/123456789/5931 การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานโดยการใช้ Power Automate ของงานสหกิจศึกษา กรณีศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ กิตติยา เอี่ยมแก้ว; มาริสสา อินทรเกิด; Kittiya Aiemkaew; Marissa Intharakoed การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทํางานโดยการใช้ Power Automate ของงานสหกิจศึกษา กรณีศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ เพื่อลดขั้นตอน ลดระยะเวลาและลดทรัพยากรกระดาษในกระบวนการอนุมัติตําแหน่งงานและการจัดทํา จดหมายขอความอนุเคราะห์รับนักศึกษาเข้าปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษา โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มเป้าหมาย 360 คน พบว่า การใช้ Power Automate สามารถลดขั้นตอนการทํางาน ช่วยให้กระบวนการอนุมัติตําแหน่งงานมีความคล่องตัวและลดความซ้ําซ้อนในกระบวนการลดระยะเวลาการออกจดหมายดังกล่าว ได้อย่างมีนัยสําคัญ จากเดิม 5,845 นาที เหลือ 1,485 นาที ส่งผลให้การดําเนินงาน รวด เร็วขึ้นและยังลดทรัพยากร กระดาษ 1,032 แผ่น ( ลดจาก 1,384 แผ่น ) ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทํางานของศูนย์สหกิจศึกษาด้วย Power Automate พบว่าโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละด้าน พบว่า ลดระยะเวลาการทํางานได้ (อนุมัติตําแหน่งงาน) อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลความรวดเร็วในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลและความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานการอนุมัติตําแหน่งงานออนไลน์ด้วย Power Automate โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก; This study investigates the use of Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency in cooperative education at Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. The research focuses on streamlining workflows, reducing processing time, and minimizing paper consumption in job approval and placement request processes. Based on data from 360 participants, the implementation significantly optimized operations; specifically, the time required for letter issuance decreased from 5,845 to 1,485 minutes, and paper usage was reduced by 1,032 sheets. User satisfaction was rated at a high level overall, with the reduction in processing time receiving the highest rating. Additionally, participants rated data accessibility, retrieval speed, and system utility highly.
