ความคาดหวังขั้นพื้นฐานของสถานประกอบการที่มีต่อแรงงานในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปู จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

Abstract

การศึกษาอิสระเรื่องความคาดหวังขั้นพื้นฐานของสถานประกอบการที่มีต่อแรงงานในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปู จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังขั้นพื้นฐานของสถานประกอบการที่มีต่อแรงงานในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปู จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม โดยสอบถามจากผู้ประกอบการหรือหัวหน้าฝ่ายบุคคลของสถานประกอบการในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปู โดยทำการแจกแบบสอบถามไปทั้งหมด 350 ชุด ได้รับตอบกลับในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดทั้งหมด 187 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 53.42 จากแบบสอบถามทั้งหมด โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและเชิงอนุมานในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล จากการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามพบว่าเป็นเพศหญิงมากกว่าเพศชาย มีอายุในช่วง 36-45 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี และมีประสบการณ์ทำงานมากกว่า 10 ปี ความคาดหวังของสถานประกอบการด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างต้องการแรงงานที่มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริตมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.63) ด้านจรรยาบรรณในวิชาชีพ พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างต้องการแรงงานที่รักษาความลับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.65) ด้านความสามารถพื้นฐานในการทำงาน พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างต้องการแรงงานที่มีความสามารถในการทำงานให้เสร็จตามกำหนดมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.35) ด้านองค์ความรู้ในการทำงาน พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่าง ต้องการแรงงานที่มีความรู้ตามบทบาทหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.43)

This is the independent study about Basic Expectations of the Workplaces toward Workers in Bang Pu Industrial Park, Samut Prakan. The purpose of this case study to learn about the employers’ basic expectations toward the employees. The tool that was used in the data collection was a survey given to the employers or human resources managers from workplaces in Bang Pu Industrial Park. Three received back within time limits 53.42 percent of all surveys were completed. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. Results from the study were that the respondents were more female than male, age range 36-45 years, graduated from college and had work experience more than 10 years. The expectation of the ethics and morals in the workplaces showed that the sample group mostly wants laborers that are honest (average 4.63). For professional ethics, it was found that the sample group most values confidentiality (average 4.65). The basic capacity to work showed that the demand was highest for workers with the ability to meet the deadline (average 4.35). Knowledge of work showed that the demand for workers with knowledge of the role was highest (average 4.43).
