ระบบแจ้งเตือนการหมดอายุของลิขสิทธิ์ซอฟต์แวร์

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการพัฒนาระบบแจ้งเตือนการหมดอายุของลิขสิทธิ์ซอฟต์แวร์ในรูปแบบโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนเว็บ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ปัญหาการไม่แจ้งเตือนการหมดอายุของลิขสิทธิ์ซอฟต์แวร์ โดยแจ้งเตือนผู้ดูแลระบบให้รับทราบถึงวันครบกำหนดอายุสัญญาผ่านการส่งเมลอีเมลอัตโนมัติเมื่อถึงเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ ผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถจัดการข้อมูลสัญญา สืบค้นดูรายละเอียดข้อมูลสัญญาได้แบบออนไลน์ ระบบพัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft SharePoint ในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลที่ได้รับจากระบบโปรแกรม Microsoft Power Apps สำหรับออกแบบและพัฒนาส่วนต่อประสานกับผู้ใช้ และบริการของ Microsoft Power Automate ในการทำ Robotic Process Automation (RPA) เพื่อตรวจสอบวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เมื่อนำระบบไปติดตั้งเพื่อทดสอลใช้งานจริง พบว่าระบบสามารถทำงานได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ขององค์กร จากการสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้ดูแลระบบ จำนวน 4 คน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับดี มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.17 และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.18 ระบบใช้งานง่ายทำงานได้สะดวก รวดเร็ว และยังช่วยสนับสนุนการทำงานขององค์กรได้เป็นอย่างดี

This research aims to develop a notification system for the expiration of the software license as a web application. It is intended to solve the problem of not notifying software license expiration. It notifies staff to be informed of the contract expiration date via automatic email. Staff can manage contract information, search, and view contract details. The system was developed using Microsoft SharePoint to store data received from the system, Microsoft Power Apps for designing and developing user interfaces, and Microsoft Power Automate for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to analyzing data. 4 users satisfied at a good level with the mean score was 4.17 and Standard Deviation of 0.18; on the basis of ease of use and usefulness to their working procedures.
