ระบบแจ้งเตือนการให้บริการดูแลและบำรุงรักษาครบอายุสัญญา

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการพัฒนาระบบแจ้งเตือนการให้บริการดูแลและบำรุงรักษาครบอายุสัญญา ในรูปแบบโปรแกรมประยุกต์สำหรับอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ปัญหาการจัดเก็บข้อมูลสัญญาการให้บริการดูแลและบำรุงรักษาซึ่งเดิมทีจัดเก็บในรูปแบบไฟล์ .xlsx เนื่องจากไม่มีระบบฐานข้อมูลรองรับ และแจ้งเตือนพนักงานผู้ดูแลสัญญาให้รับทราบถึงวันครบกำหนดอายุสัญญาผ่านการส่งอีเมลอัตโนมัติเมื่อถึงเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ พนักงานผู้ดูแลสัญญาสามารถจัดการข้อมูลสัญญา สืบค้น ดูรายละเอียดข้อมูลสัญญา รวมถึงออกรายงานในรูปแบบไฟล์ .csv ระบบพัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft SharePoint ในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลที่ได้รับจากระบบโปรแกรม Microsoft Power Apps สำหรับออกแบบและพัฒนาส่วนต่อประสานกับผู้ใช้ และบริการของ Microsoft Power Automate ในการทำ Robotic Process Automation (RPA) เพื่อตรวจสอบวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เมื่อนำระบบไปติดตั้งเพื่อทดสอบใช้งานจริง พบว่าระบบสามารถทำงานได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ขององค์กร จากการสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานจำนวน 10 คน พบว่าอยู่ในระดับดี มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.40 และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.56 ระบบใช้งานง่าย ทำงานได้สะดวก รวดเร็ว และยังช่วยสนับสนุนการทำงานขององค์กรได้เป็นอย่างดี

This research aims to develop a notification system for the expiration of the maintenance service agreement as a mobile application. It is intended to solve the problem of storing maintenance service contract data that was originally stored in the .xlsx file format due to the lack of a database system to support it. And notify the contract staff to be informed of the contract expiration date via automatic email at the specified time. Contract administrators can manage contract information, search, view contract details. Including output reports in .csv file format. The system was developed using Microsoft SharePoint to store data received from the system, Microsoft Power Apps for designing and developing user interfaces, and Microsoft Power Automate for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to analyzing data. The questionnaire is applied to 10 persons in evaluation process. The results show that the developed system achieves its objectives. The users in an organization can easily apply the system to improve workflow.
