แนวโน้มของเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลต่อการทำงานของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์

Abstract

การปฏิวัติดิจิทัลทำให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกในหลายมิติ โดยนวัตกรรมที่ให้บริการด้านการแพทย์ที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ ซึ่งปัจจุบันมีบางองค์กรนำมาใช้เป็นผู้ช่วยในโรงพยาบาล และหน่วยงานสาธารณสุขบางแห่ง ได้มีการนำมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลสุขภาพและช่วยตัดสินใจทางการแพทย์ ความท้าทายของเทคโนโลยีเหล่านี้ ส่งผลให้บุคลากรสุขภาพต้องปรับตัวและยอมรับนวัตกรรมใหม่ๆ เข้ามาช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานให้มีความสะดวก และตอบสนองต่อผู้รับบริการให้รวดเร็วมากยิ่งขึ้น อย่างไรก็ตาม เพื่อให้การบูรณาการข้อมูลประชาชนเข้าสู่ระบบสารสนเทศอย่างเหมาะสม การป้องกันความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล จึงควรพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีควบคู่กันไปพร้อมกับการยกระดับขีดความสามารถเชิงดิจิทัลของบุคลากรสุขภาพด้วยเช่นเดียวกัน

Digital transformation can reshape the world in various dimensions. Medical service innovations, most importantly the artificial intelligence, have already been assisting some organizations such as hospitals and some public health sectors. They were used in health record management and medical decision ,making. The challenge of employing such technology is that the healthcare personnel must adjust and adopt the innovation to maximize work efficiency and increase the client response rate. However, for suitable integration of public data into the information system and to prevent the risks related to data privacy, the improvement in both technology and health personnel’s digital capability should be carried out alongside one another.
