商业汉语对勿洞地区旅游, 文化和商务活动的影响调查研究

Abstract

勿洞地区旅游业的发展与当地商业汉语的影响是分不开的。勿洞地区是泰国华人 生活和工作最集中的地区，汉语的使用是非常普遍的，深入了勿洞地区华人生活的方 方面面。本论文研究的目的就是通过对勿洞地区商业汉语的使用，指出它对当地旅游 、文化和商务活动的影响作用，分析当地的人文环境和汉语的使用情况，说明了商业 汉语和华文教育对勿洞地区发展的重要性。 论文的研究采用文献分析和问卷调查的方法，通过市场调查和访谈掌握相关的研 究资料。论文调查了勿洞地区的发展状况，说明了勿洞地区商业汉语广泛应用和具有 的中华文化底蕴。论文分析了商业汉语对勿洞地区旅游和日常工作生活的影响作用。 在市场调查的基础上，论文分析了勿洞地区在汉语应用方面的优势、劣势、机遇和挑 战，阐明了商业汉语的应用对勿洞地区发展的积极作用，也指出了在商业汉语应用方 面存在的一些问题。 调查研究发现，在勿洞地区一些商家、旅游景点和酒店汉语服务人员的汉语 水平不高，有些人员听说能力还可以，但读写能力较弱，对汉语词汇和相关知识的掌 握还很不够。在一些旅游景点缺少汉语指标牌，汉语广告宣传和中文简介。汉语服务 人员缺乏专业技能，有关部门没有对汉语服务人员进行培训。针对以上存在的问题， 论文提出了改进措施和建议。

Business Chinese is an important language which impact on the tourism of Betong. Betong is a district where many Thai-Chinese people live. Generally, Chinese language is used in business , daily work and daily life in Betong and is a very popular language used in Betong. The objectives of this research were to study and analyze Chinese language impacts on local businesses, tourism and cultural development of the Betong and analyze the local humanistic environment. Business Chinese and Chinese education are important for business development in Betong. Relevant data gathering methods were used for research. The information was gathered from surveys and interviews, including using questionnaires from relevant persons. The paper investigates and explains the reasons for the widespread use of business Chinese in Betong. This paper analyzes the Chinese language proficiency on tourism and daily work and daily life of betong people. The paper analyzes the strength, weakness, opportunities and threat of the business Chinese and pointed out some problems of business Chinese proficiency in betong. The finding of this study found that the Chinese language proficiency of some business people, some service staffs which mainly on the tourist attractions and in hotels in betong is not very good. some service staffs are fluent in listening and speaking the Chinese language. However, reading and writing skills do not appear up to adequate standard over all. In addition, some attractions lack of Chinese signage, Chinese advertising materials and Chinese instructions. Chinese language service personnel lack of professional skills, and relevant departments have not provided training for Chinese language for service staffs. In response to the above problems, the paper should be proposed improvement measures and suggestions.
