ภาวะหมดไฟในการเรียนของนักศึกษาเทคนิคการแพทย์ ชั้นปีที่ 3 และ 4 มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความชุกของภาวะหมดไฟในการเรียน และความแตกต่างของระดับภาวะหมดไฟ ในนักศึกษาเทคนิคการแพทย์ มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ชั้นปีที่ 3 และชั้นปีที่ 4 ปีการศึกษา 2565 จําานวน 241 คน ประกอบด้วยนักศึกษาที่เรียนตามแผน จํานวน 161 คน และไม่ได้เรียนตามแผนคือไม่ได้ลงทะเบียนตามแผนการศึกษา จําานวน 80 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ ที่ประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบสอบถามระดับภาวะหมดไฟทั้ง 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ความอ่อนล้าทางอารมณ์ ภาวะเมินเฉยในการเรียน และการลดประสิทธิภาพในการเรียน รวมถึงมีการสนทนากลุ่มเพื่อทําาความเข้าใจในบางประเด็นให้มากขึ้น ผลการศึกษาพบว่า นักศึกษาที่ไม่ได้เรียนตามแผน มีภาวะหมดไฟสูงกว่านักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 และชั้นปีที่ 4 ที่เรียนตามแผน ตามลําาดับ โดยเฉพาะในด้านความอ่อนล้าทางอารมณ์ซึ่งมีระดับสูงที่สุดในทั้งสามกลุ่ม โดยนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 มีภาวะหมดไฟน้อยกว่านักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 และนักศึกษาที่ไม่ได้เรียนตามแผน ทั้งในด้านการลดประสิทธิภาพในการเรียนและภาวะเมินเฉยในการเรียนอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ

The purpose of this research was to study learning burnout prevalence and difference in burnout level of 241 junior and senior medical technology students, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University academic year 2022 that consisted of 161 regular students and 80 irregular students. Online questionnaire was used to collect personal data and burnout level of 3 aspects: emotional exhaustion, cynicism and inefficacy. Focus group discussion was used to understand some issues at a deeper level. The results of research showed that the burnout level of irregular students was higher than those of the 3rd and 4th year regular students respectively especially the high level of emotional exhaustion aspect in all 3 groups. The 3rd year regular students had less level score than the 4th year regular students and irregular students in cynicism and inefficacy aspects with statistical significance.
