ระบบการจัดการและติดตามวัสดุในคลัง

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการพัฒนาระบบการจัดการและติดตามวัสดุในคลัง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาเว็บแอฟพลิเคชันการร้องขอและเบิกถอนวัสดุในคลังให้มีประสิทธิภาพ มีการแจ้งเตือนวัสดุที่จะหมดอายุและเรียกดูรอบการแจ้งเตือนเองได้ เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการบริหารจัดการคลังวัสดุ และลดความซ้ำซ้อนในการกรอกข้อมูล ซึ่งถูกพัฒนาด้วยภาษา PHP, CSS, HTML5 และ SQL โดยใช้ Sublime Text ในการจัดทำส่วนติดต่อกับผู้ใช้งาน และใช้ MySQL เป็นระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล ผลการปฏิบัติงานพบว่าระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถนำไปใช้งานได้จริงและตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานในด้านการร้องขอ เบิกถอนวัสดุและการเก็บข้อมูลในส่วนต่าง ๆ ให้มีความถูกต้องมากยิ่งขึ้ และจากการประเมินความพึงพอใจการใช้งานของผู้ใช้งานทั่วไปจำนวน 30 คน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับดีมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.89 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.31

The research is a development of the Material Inventory and Tracking System. The objective is to develop an efficient web application of material request and material withdrawal. Expired materials are notified and notification cycles can be manually triggered to facilitate material inventory management and reduce data entry duplication. Developed with PHP, CSS, HTKL5 and SQL languages, using Sublime Text to create a user interface and using MySQL as a database management system. The results showed that the developed system is practical and meets the needs of users in requesting, withdrawing materials and collecting information in various parts to be more accurate. 30 users satisfied at a very good level with a mean of 4.89 and a standard deviation of 0.31.
