| Abstract: | เพื่อสำรวจสถานการณ์ และสภาพปัญหาของคณะกรรมการสภาคนพิการและข้อจำกัดในการดำเนินงานของสภาคนพิการทุกประเภทจังหวัด เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะของคณะกรรมการสภาคนพิการจังหวัด ในการกำกับ ติดตามนโยบาย การประสาน การทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานภาคีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการในจังหวัด และเพื่อจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาสภาคนพิการจังหวัดให้มีความเข้มแข็ง มีความพร้อมที่จะให้ความช่วยเหลือคนพิการของแต่ละจังหวัดในด้านต่าง ๆ |
