ระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์เพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์รับสมัครนักศึกษาใหม่

Abstract

บทความนี้เป็นการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์เพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์รับสมัครนักศึกษาใหม่ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดการข้อมูลนักศึกษาของสาขาวิชาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ และนำข้อมูลดังกล่าวมาสนับสนุนการวางแผนประชาสัมพันธ์รับสมัครนักศึกษาใหม่ โดยพัฒนาในรูปแบบของโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนเว็บ ระบบแบ่งการทำงานออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ 1) ส่วนการจัดการข้อมูลนักศึกษาโดยจัดเก็บข้อมูลตั้งแต่แรกเข้าจนกระทั่งสำเร็จการศึกษา มีการนำกูเกิลแมพเอพีไอเข้ามาช่วยในการระบุพิกัดและตำแหน่งของโรงเรียนที่นักศึกษาสำเร็จการศึกษา 2) ส่วนรายงานสารสนเทศ โดยผู้บริหารสามารถดูข้อมูลที่สืบค้น และข้อมูลสรุปจำนวนนักศึกษาแยกตามสถานะในลักษณะของรายงานและแผนที่ผ่านกูเกิลแมพ ระบบพัฒนาด้วยภาษาโปรแกรม PHP ระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูลด้วย MySQL และใช้ Apache เป็นเว็บเซิร์ฟเวอร์จากการประเมินระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจกับกลุ่มผู้ทดลองใช้จำนวน 60 ราย ผลของความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.05 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.77

This paper is to develop a GIS for public relations of student recruitment system. The system focuses on the data management about students of department computer science, Faculty of Science and Technology, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. These data used support to make a student recruitment plan. This system is designed to develop during the term of web-based application. There are two parts: 1) student data management part, which is used to manage student data during the admission process until the graduate time and indicating the location coordinates of graduate school using the Google map API. 2) information report part, this part is used by the manager for searching and retrieving all student data in both web and Google map form. The main system application is developed by PHP, MySQL, and Apache. The efficiency system of this system was evaluated by using a questionnaire with user 60 subjects. The results of satisfied user shows average value 4.05 and standard deviation 0.77.
