การศึกษาการรับรู้ความปลอดภัยต่อพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักาน กรณีศึกษา บริษัทผลิตภัณฑ์พลาสติก เขตจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับการรับรู้ความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงาน (2) ศึกษาระดับพฤติกรรมความปลอภัยในการทำงานของพนักงาน (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้ความปลอดภัยกับพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงน (4) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยก่อนและหลังการจัดโปรแกรมปรับปรุงและพัฒนาการรับรู้ของพนักงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา คือ พนักงานฝ่ายผลิต บริษัท มาลาพลาส จำกัด จำนวน 112 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการหาความสัมพันธ์ทางถสิติ ด้วยค่าไคสแควร์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับการรับรู้ความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงาน มีบางข้อที่อยู่ในระดับคะแนนปานกลาง คือ ข้อ 3.8 ท่านรู้ว่สภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานใดที่อาจะทำให้ท่านเกิดอันตรายได้ขณะทำงาน (2) ระดับพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงาน มีบางข้ออยู่ในระดับคะแนนปานกลาง คือ ข้อ 2.9 ท่านสวมอุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคล เมื่อต้องทำงานเสี่ยงต่าง ๆ และข้อ 2.10 เมื่อท่านต้องสัมผัสงานร้อนๆ มีการส่วมใส่ถุงมือหนังเพื่อกันร้อน (3) การรับรู้ความปลอดภัยในการทำงานกับพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานในแต่ละด้านของพนักงาน พบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (4) เปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยก่อนและหลังกการจัดโปรแกรมปรับปรุงและพัฒนาการรับรู้ พบว่าระดับคะแนนสูงขึ้นโดยผู้วิจัยได้นำหัวข้อในแบบสอบถามที่ได้ระดับคะแนนต่ำกว่าระดับคะแนนสูง โดยมีการจัดทำสื่อคู่มือความปลอดภัยในการทำงานเป็นภาษาที่พนักงานเข้าใจง่ายมีการเน้นเนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวกับการทำงาน

This research has the purposes were (1) to study level of the perceptions of safety in working of employees (2) to study level of the behavior of safety working of employees (3) To study the relationship between the perceptions of safety and the behavior in working of employee (4) Improve and develop awareness of the perceptions of safety in working of employees to modify the behavior of the safety of employees. The sample consisted of 112 employees in Malaplast Co., Ltd. The data were collected by questionnaires. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation and correlated statistically with the chi-square. The result of research found that 1) level of the perceptions of safety in working.
