การรับรู้เข้าถึงบริการการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินในกลุ่มผู้ป่วยวิกฤตโรคความดันโลหิตสูง โรงพยาบาลบางจาก จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้การเข้าถึงบริการการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินในกลุ่มผู้ป่วยวิกฤตโรคความดันโลหิตสูง โรงพยาบาลบางจาก ตำบลบางจาก อำเภอพระประแดง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา คือ กลุ่มผู้ป่วยวิกฤตโรคความดันโลหิตสูง จำนวน 67 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายโดยการจับสลากแบบไม่ใส่คืน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบ t-test และการทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (one way analysis of variance : ANOVA) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระดับการรับรู้การเข้าถึงบริการการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินในกลุ่มผู้ป่วยวิกฤตโรคความดันโลหิตสูงโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (x̅ = 27.59, S.D. = 8.90) กลุ่มผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูงมีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการเข้าถึงระบบบริการการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินในด้านการประเมินผลของระบบบริการการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅ = 1.00, S.D. = 0.38) และด้านที่มีการรับรู้น้อย คือ ด้านการสื่อสารในระบบบริการแพทย์ฉุกเฉิน (x̅ = 0.55, S.D. = 0.51) ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพที่แตกต่างกัน มีระดับการรับรู้การเข้าถึงบริการการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

This study is a survey research to study the knowledge about Perception Accessibility to Emergency Medical Service in Hypertensive Crisis Group Bangchak Hoospital Bangchak Sub-district Phrapradaeng District Samutprakan Province. The sample studied was a group of patient hypertensive crisis 68 peoples by using random sampling replacement. The data used in this research are from questionnaires was analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and one way : ANOVA relation testing and required a significant in level 0.05. The results showed that the level of Perception Accessibility to Emergency Medical Service in Hypertensive Crisis Group is the moderate level (x̅ = 27.59, S.D. = 8.90) Hypertensive Crisis Group was perception to Emergency Medical Service in the Assessment of Emergency Medica Service is very (x̅ = 1.00, S.D. = 0.38) The least is a public relations and responsibility (x̅ = 0.55, S.D. = 0.51). Hypothesis test results found that gender, age, level of education and occupation are different levels of perception to Emergency Medical Service in Hypertensive Crisis Group which are not differences in required a statistic significance in level 0.05.
