การเลือกจุดฝังเข็มและเส้นลมปราณที่ใช้ในการรักษาโรคไมเกรน

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์หาหลักเกณฑ์การเลือกจุดฝังเข็มและเส้นลมปราณที่ใช้ในการรักษาโรคไมเกรน โดยใช้วิธีการสืบค้นข้อมูลการวิจัยทางคลินิกของการรักษาโรคไมเกรนด้วยการฝังเข็ม จาก Online database ของประเทศจีน และใช้ Program Microsoft Excel ในการสรุปและจัดการข้อมูล รวมถึงแปลผลทางด้านสถิติ ซึ่งผลการวิจัยในการรักษาโรคไมเกรน มีจุดฝังเข็มที่ใช้บ่อย 3 อันดับแรกได้แก่ จุด 风池 (GB-20, Fēngchí), 太阳(EX-HN5, Tàiyáng), 率谷(GB-8, Shuàigǔ) และ เส้นลมปราณที่ใช้บ่อย 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ เส้นลมปราณถุงนํ้าดี เส้นลมปราณลำไส้ใหญ่ และสุดท้ายเส้นลมปราณตับ จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า การเลือกจุดและการเลือกเส้นลมปราณที่มาใช้รักษาโรคไมเกรนนั้น ได้เลือกตามหลักการทฤษฎีการฝังเข็ม ซึ่งประกอบด้วย การเลือกจุดใกล้ การเลือกจุดไกล การเลือกจุดตามอาการ และการเลือกจุดตามกลุ่มอาการสาเหตุของโรคอย่างครบถ้วน

The objective of this research to analyze the selective acupoints and the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) meridians in the used of migraine treatment. The method collected clinical trials treated migraine with acupuncture, used Chinese online database, and Microsoft Excel programed for statistics data management. Result the most 3 commonly used acupoints and meridians in the treatment of migraine are 风池 (GB-20, Fēng chí), 太阳 (EX-HN5,Tài yáng), 率谷 (GB-8, Shuài gǔ), the Gallbladder meridian, the Intestine meridian and the liver meridian. Conclusion, the selective acupoints and meridians in the treatment of migraine is based on the theory of TCM acupuncture, including proximal, distal points selecting theory and the TCM syndrome theory.
