การสร้างแนวทางความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมในชุมชนเกาะเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคการดำเนินกิจกรรม ความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของชุมชนเกาะเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี และเพื่อศึกษาการสร้างแนวทางความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมชุมชน ในมุมมองนักท่องเที่ยว กรณีศึกษา ชุมชนเกาะเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี ซึ่งมีวิธีการดำเนินการศึกษา คือ การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเรื่องที่ศึกษา และใช้วิธีแจกแบบสอบถามแก่นักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวในเกาะเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี และนักท่องเที่ยวที่มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในจังหวัดนนทบุรี ทั้งสิ้น 400 ตัวอย่าง ตัวอย่างการสำรวจความเห็นโดย ใช้สัมประสิทธิ์เอลฟา (Coefficient) ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นอยู่ที่ 0.892 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยเสนอในรูปความถี่ ร้อยละ และค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (t-test) ทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างคะแนนเฉลี่ยของตัวแปรมากกว่า 2 กลุ่มขึ้นไป โดย ใช้การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-way ANOWA) หรือ ค่า f-test, t-test และใช้ สถิติทดสอบ Pearson Correlation เพื่อหาความสัมพันธ์ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ความสำคัญของปัญหาและอุปสรรค์ต่อความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมชุมชนเกาะเกร็ดในมุมมองของนักท่องเที่ยวนนทบุรี ให้ความสำคัญในด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและด้านเศรษฐกิจ อยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านสังคม อยู่ในระดับปานกลางตามลำดับ ความเหมาะสมของแนวทางการทำกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมชุมชนเกาะเกร็ดในมุมมองของนักท่องเที่ยวนนทบุรี ให้ความสนใจ อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน จากสมมติฐาน พบว่า ปัญหาและอุปสรรคของความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อมในมุมมองของนักท่องเที่ยวนั้น มีความสัมพันธ์กับแนวทางการทำกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบที่เหมาะสมต่อสังคมชุมชนเกาะเกร็ด ในมุมมองของนักท่องเที่ยวนนทบุรีอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ 0.01 ทุกด้าน

This research is to study problems and barriers of social responsibility activity implementation of Kohkret Community in Nonthaburi and study building the guidelines of social responsibility for travelers, case study of Kohkret Community in Nonthaburi. The study was conducted by collecting related data and distributing questionnaires to 400 Thai travelers who visited Kohkret, Nonthaburi together with travelers who live in Nonthaburi. The opinion survey using Alpha Coefficient has confidence value of 0.892. Statistics used for analyzing data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and T-test, testing the differences between the mean score of over two variables by using One-way ANOWA or the value of f-test and t-test, testing for pair by using Least Square Difference (LSD), and Pearson Correlation was used for finding relationship. The results showed that the importance of problems and barriers for social responsibility in Kohkret Community were given a moderate level rating, and the suitability of social responsibility activity guidelines in Kohkret Community for travelers was given a high level rating. The results were concordant with the hypothesis that travelers' opinion concerning the problems and barriers for environmental and social responsibility (social, economic, and environmental) related to local travelers' opinion concerning the suitability of social responsibility activity guidelines (consumer responsibility of community, community and social development, and environmental preservation) for Kohkret Community significantly at 0.01 in all aspects.
