ความรู้ของเด็กและเยาวชนในสถานพินิจและคุ้มครองเด็กและเยาวชน เกี่ยวกับพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองเด็ก พ.ศ.2546 และพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการกระทำผิด

Abstract

การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความรู้เกี่ยวกับพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองเด็ก พ.ศ. 2546 และพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการกระทําผิด รวมทั้งเปรียบเทียบความรู้เกี่ยวกับพ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองเด็กและพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการกระทําผิดของเด็กและเยาวชน ใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างในศูนย์ฝึกและอบรมเด็กและเยาวชน ระหว่างวันที่ 10-20 มีนาคม 2565 จํานวน 151 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) โดยทดสอบด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s test) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า เด็กและเยาวชนมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับพ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองเด็กอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (𝑥̅= 15.43) มีพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการกระทําผิด อยู่ในระดับต่ํา (𝑥̅= 1.78) เด็กและเยาวชนที่มีระดับการศึกษา และลักษณะเพื่อน สนิทต่างกันมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับพ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองเด็กแตกต่างกัน เด็กและเยาวชนที่มีอาชีพ ลักษณะเพื่อนสนิท และฐานความผิดต่างกันมีพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการกระทําผิดแตกต่างกัน

The objectives were to study children and youth's knowledge about the Child Protection Act 2003 and the risky behavior of children and youth. Comparing knowledge about the Child Protection Act and the risky behavior of children and youth. A questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample group of 151 children and youth in the Children and Youth Training Center between 10-20 March 2022. Data was analyzed using statistics: Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way ANOVA by testing pairwise differences using Scheffe's test. Results were that children and youth know the Child Protection Act at a moderate level (𝑥̅= 15.43), and their risky behaviors for committing offenses are low (𝑥̅= 1.78). Children and youth with different education and characteristics of close friends will have dissimilar knowledge about the Child Protection Act. Children and youth with disparate occupations, close friends, and offenses have different risk behaviors.
