Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะมีงานทำและความพึงพอใจคุณลักษณะของบัณฑิตต่อความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิต คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2557 โดยสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้บังคับบัญชา ผู้ร่วมงานของบัณฑิตและบัณฑิต เรื่องคุณภาพของบัณฑิตในการปฏิบัติงานและคุณลักษณะของบัณฑิต ตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาพยาบาลศษสตร์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลทั่่วไปของบัณฑิต ผู้บังคับบัญชา ผู้ร่วมงาน ความพึงพอใจคุณลักษณะของบัณฑิตต่อคุณภาพของบัณฑิตในการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑติตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์ ดังนี้ 1. ด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม 2. ด้านความรู้ 3. ด้านทักษะทางปัญหา 4.ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความรับผิดชอบ 5. ด้านทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลขการสื่อสาร การใช้เทคโนโลยี 6. ด้านทักษะการปฏิบัติทางวิชาชีพ 7. ด้านการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลด้วยหัวใจ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลตั้งแต่เดือนมกราคม ถึงเดือนเมษายน 2559 ได้รับข้อมูลตอบกลับจากบัณฑิตจำนวน 136 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 จากผู้บังคับบัญชาจำนวน 57 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 42.53 จากผู้ร่วมงานจำนวน 53 คน คิดเป็้นร้อยละ 39.55 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. บัณฑิตส่วนใหญ่ ร้อยละ 98.52 มีงานทำทันทีภายใน 1 เดือน หลังจากสำเร็จการศึกษา และหน่วยงานที่ปฏิบัติอยู่ในปัจจุบันส่วนใหญ่สังกัดเอกชน ร้อยละ 59.70 2. ผู้บังคับบัญชากและผู้ร่วมงานมีความพึงพอใจคุณลักษณะของบัณฑิตโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x=3.62, SD=0.72, และ x=3.68, SD=0.78 ตามลำดับ) 3. บัณฑิตมีความพึงพอใจคุณลักษณะของบัณฑิตโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (x=4.48, SD=0.54) โดยพึงพอใจด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรมมากที่สุด (x=4.66,SD=0.487) นอกจากนี้ บัณฑิตยังมีความพึงพอใจต่อคุณภาพด้านอัตลักษณ์ (การปฏิบัติการพยาบาลด้วยหัวใจ) อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x=4.71, SD=0.46) 4. คุณลักษณะบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ที่ควรจะมี หรือต้องการให้มีควาามคิดเห็นของผู้บังคับบัญชาพบว่าผู้บังคับบัญชาให้ความสำคัญต่อการปฏิบัติตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ การมีความรู้และการพัฒนาความรู้อย่างสม่ำเสมอ โดยเฉพาะความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิชาชีพ ความรู้ด้านเทคโนโลโยีเพื่อการพัฒนาความรู้และงานพยาบาล ความรู้ด้านวัฒนธรรมต่างชาติ และความรู้ด้านภาษา

This descriptive research the purposes are to study job satisfaction and quality of the graduates on the ability of the performance of graduates faculty of nursing Huachiew Chalermprakiet in 2014 Year. The satisfaction about performance and features of the Quailifications Framework of graduates with a Bachelor or Nursing was surveyed by supervisors, colleagues, and graduates. The instruments used in the study consisting of a questionnaires of overview of graduates, supervisors, colleagues and satisfaction on the quality of graduates in Practice Qualifications. Data were collected from January to April 2016. Feedback of questionnaires were completed and returned of graduates (100 percents), 57 bosses (42.53 percents), and 53 colleagues (39.55 percents). Data analysis was done by using descriptive statistics such as the frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation. The research found that; 1. 98.52 percent of the graduates are employed within one month, the agency is currently operating mainly privately owned 59.70 percent. 2 bosses and colleagues, Features of graduates were satisfied overall. At a high level (x=3.62, SD=0.72, and x=3.68, SD=0.78 respectively) 3. graduates were satisfied with the overall characteristics of graduates. At a high level (x=4.48, SD=0.54) satisfied by the moral most (x=4.66,SD=0.487). Other than, graduates are also satisfied with the quality of identify (practice by heart) at most (x=4.71, SD=0.46) 4. Graduate desirable features that should be there. Or want to have the opinion of the supervisor. Found that supervisors give priority to follow professional ethics. The knowledge and the development of knowledge regularly. The knowledge associated with the profession. Knowledge of Tech technology to the development of knowledge and nurse. Knowledge of foreign cultures and knowledges of languages. The findings suggest the activities of teaching in various subjects. Including extra-curricular activities fielded in English and Chinese continued. The teaching should focus on the development of leadership, critical thinking, advances technicl information. Consistent with the current situation and resolve the problem properly.
