การศึกษามุมมองของผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวีที่มีต่อระบบการให้คำปรึกษา : กรณีศึกษาโรงพยาบาลเอกชนแห่งหนึ่งในประเทศไทย

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษามุมมองของผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวีที่มีต่อระบบการให้คำปรึกษาของโรงพยาบาลเอกชนแห่งหนึ่งในประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี ผู้ป่วยเอดส์ จำนวน 12 คน ซึ่งได้ทำการคัดเลือกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (purposive sampling) โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างจะต้องเป็นผู้ที่มารับการรักษา ณ แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก และแผนกหอผู้ป่วยใน โรงพยาบาลแห่งหนึ่ง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนมกราคม-กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2556 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ผู้วิจัย แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แนวคำถามในการสัมภาษณ์และแนวทางในการสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม ส่วนวิธีที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ การสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึก การสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม และการบันทึกภาคสนาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการศึกษา พบว่ามุมมองของผู้ให้ข้อมูลที่มีต่อระบบการให้คำปรึกษาของติดเชื้อเอชไอวี ประกอบด้วย 4 ประเด็น ดังนี้ 1. การดูแลเรื่องจิตใจ 2. ระบบการให้ข้อมูล 3. การให้คำแนะนำในการดำเนินชีวิต 4. ลักษณะบุคคลและสถานที่ในการให้คำปรึกษา ในการศึกษาในครั้งนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งในการนำข้อค้นพบที่ได้ไปเป็นแนวทางในการออกแบบระบบการให้คำปรึกษาในการดูแลผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวีให้มีความสอดคล้องและเหมาะสมกับผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น บุคลากรทีมสุขภาพยังสามารถนำข้อมูลที่ได้ไปเป็นแนวทางในการให้คำคปรึกษาผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี เพื่อให้การพยาบาลและการให้คำปรึกษาที่ครอบคลุมทั้งทางด้านร่างกายและจิตใจอย่างเหมาะสม

The qualitative research aimed to study the perspectives of the HIV infected patients on counseling system in a private hospital in Thailand. Twelve participants were the HIV infected patients, and AIDS patients. The purposive sample was used to include the participants, who were trated at out-patient department and in-patient department of a private hospital. Data was collected during January to July, 2013. The instruments were the researcher, demographic data questionnaire, interview guidelines, and non participant observation guidelines. Moreover, the methods of data collection were in-depth interview, non participant observation, and field notes. Content analysis was used. The result of this study found that there were five themes were psychological caring, system in providing information, giving advises in living life, and personal charactersitics and place in providing information, giving advises in living life. and personal characteristics and place in providing counseling. This study was beneficial for applying these findings to be a guide of HIV infected patients on counseling system appropriately. Moreover, the health care personals also used these findings to be a guide for HIV infected patients on counseling system in order to provide nursing care and counseling both physical and psychological aspect appropriately.
