การศึกษาความเหมาะสมเบื้องต้นของระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียมหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงประยุกต์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเหมาะสมเบื้องต้นของระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียสำหรับมหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ โดยเก็บข้อมูลปริมาณและลักษณะน้ำเสียที่เกิดขึ้นในมหาวิทยาลัยฯ เพื่อคาดการณ์ลักษณะน้ำเสียที่จะเกิดขึ้นภายในปี พ.ศ. 2565 แล้วออกแบบและคัดเลือกระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียที่เหมาะสำหรับมหาวิทยาลัยฯ จากผลการวิจัย พบว่า อัตราการไหลเฉลี่ยของน้ำเสียและน้ำฝนที่วัดได้ เท่ากับ 11.89 และ 65.40 ลบ.ม./ชม. ตัวอย่างน้ำเสียเฉพาะที่เก็บบริเวณต้นน้ำของคลองรับน้ำเสีย มีค่า DO และ BOD5 เฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 3.92 และ 101.20 มก./ล. ส่วนบริเวณท้ายน้ำ มีค่า DO และBOD5 เฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 3.39 และ 113.21 มก./ล. ตามลำดับ ตัวอย่างน้ำเสียรวมของน้ำเสียภายในมหาลัยฯ มีค่า BOD5 และ SS เฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 58.2 และ 35.3 มก./ล. ตามลำดับ โดยในปี พ.ศ.2565 คาดการณ์ว่าจะมีปริมาณน้ำเสียเกิดขึ้นประมา 67.32 ลบ.ม/ชม. มีค่า BOD5 ประมาณ 90 มก./ล. ระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียที่เหมาะสมสำหรับมหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ คือ ระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียตะกอนเร่งแบบถังปฏิกรณ์สลับเป็นกะ (Sequencing Batch Reactor, SBR) ซึ่งพิจารณาจากผลการตรวจวัดลักษณะสมบัติน้ำเสียและเกณฑ์การคัดเลือกด้านราคาค่าก่อสร้างและดำเนินการเป็นหลัก โดยมีส่วนประกอบในระบบ ได้แก่สถานีสูน้ำเสีย บ่อวัดอัตราการไหล บ่อแบ่งน้ำ ถังเติมอากาศ อาคารเติมคลอรีน ถังสัมผัส คลอรีน บ่อสูบตะกอนย้อนกลับและลานตากแห้งสลัดจ์
The preliminary feasibility study of Huachiew Chalermprakiet University wastewater treatment system is the applied research. The purpose of research was to study the preliminary feasibility in wastewater treatment system for Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. The wastewater quantity and characteristics were collected to predict the trend of them during the year of 2012 to 2022, and then the appropriate wastewater treatment system was designed and selected for Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. The results showed that the average flow of wastewater and storm water was 11.89 and 65.40 m3/hr. The average dissolved oxygen value (DO) and biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5) for grab samples from upstream and downstream of receiving wastewater canal were 3.92, 101.20 mg/l and 3.39, 113.21 mg/l, respectively, The average of BOD5 and SS values of composite samples was 58.2 and 35.3 mg/l, respectively. The estimated quantity of wastewater which would be generated by the year 2022 was 67.32 m3/hr with BOD5 of 90 mg/l. The appropriate wastewater treatment system for for Huachiew Chalermprakiet University was a Seq2uencing Batch Reactor (SBR), which was based on the results of wastewater characteristics measurement and the criteria of construction and operation costs. The treatment system included a wastewater pumping station, flow meter box, a flow splitter box, an aeration tank, a chlorination building, a chlorine contact tank, a sludge recycle sump, and a sludge frying bed.
