การประเมินหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารโรงพยาบาล ฉบับปรับปรุง ปีพุทธศักราช 2545 มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารโรงพยาบาล ฉบับปรับปรุง พุทธศักราช 2545 มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ โดยใช้แบบจำลองของซิปป์ (CIPP Model) ประเมินในด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการผลิตและด้านผลผลิต เครื่องมือในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น เก็บข้อมูลจากอาจารย์ผู้สอนจำนวน 10 คน บัณฑิตจำนวน 58 คน นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 จำนวน 53 คน และผู้บังคับบัญชาของบัณฑิต จำนวน 30 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าสถิติมัชฌิมเลขคณิต และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการวิจัยพบว่าการประเมินพบว่า วัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรมีความสอดคล้องกับความต้องการทางสังคม พัฒนาผู้เรียนด้านสติปัญญา ทักษะ และเจตคติ สามารถนำไปใช้ปฏิบัติได้จริง มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้นความชัดเจนของภาษาที่ใช้มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โครงสร้างของหลักสูตรด้านจำนวนหน่วยกิตรวมตลอดหลักสูตรสัดส่วนหน่วยกิตเหมาะสมกับระยะเวลา 4 ปี และจำนวนหน่วยกิตทุกหมวดวิชามีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก เนื้อหาสาระของหลักสูตรทุกกลุ่มวิชามีความสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร เนื้อหาน่าสนใจและทันสมัย เนื้อหาเป็นลำดับขั้นตอนจากง่ายไปยาก เนื้อหาเป็นประโยชน์สอนให้คิดเป็นทำเป็น เนื้อหาไม่ซ้ำซ้อนกับวิชาอื่นๆ เนื้อหาสามารถนำไปประกอบวิชาชีพ เนื้อหาส่งเสริมให้มีเจตคติที่ดีต่อวิชาชีพ และเนื้อหาส่งเสริมให้มีคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากปัจจัยป้อนเข้าด้านอาจารย์และนักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนปัจจัยที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนการสอนส่วนใหญ่มีคุณภาพดี มีความทันสมัย และมีความสะดวกในการใช้บริการมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้นจำนวนมีความเพียงพออยู่ในระดับปานกลางกระบวนการผลิต ด้านการบริหารและการบริการหลักสูตร ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการวัดและการประเมินผล มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากผลผลิต ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารโรงพยาบาล คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ มีความสามารถในการทำงานและความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานตามหลักวิชาชีพมีควาเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก

The objectives of this research were to evaluation the 2006-revised curriculum in Hospital Administration of Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. The CIPP model was employed to assess its context, input, process and product. Self-administered questionnaire were developed by the researcher. Data were collected from sample of 151 subjects consisting of 10 instructors, 58 graduates, 53 senior students and 30 supervisor. Descriptive statistics, mean and standard deviation, were applied for data analysis. Research findings are as follows:Results shower that the of context was corresponded to social needs, student's intellectual development, skils and attitudes. It was practical and highly appropriated. The curriculum objectives has the highest level of propriety. As far as the curriculum structure and content conerned, it was found that the total number of credits, credits for subfields and contents were corresponding to the objectives. Contents were interesting, up-to-date and had hierachical degree of advancement. It was suitable for academic and practical skill training. The-inter-course overlapping was not found. Contents were practical encouraging good attitude toward the profession. If also enganced the students' morality and ethics. All parameters studied were consisted as having level of propriety.Regarding the inputs, instuctors and students, it was highly appropriated. The instructional aids were also high interns of quality and convenience. The sufficiency of instructional aids was regarded as moderate. In the aspect of process, it was found that the curriculum administration and management as well as teaching-- learning management were at a high level of propriety, so as to the educational measurement and evaluation.In term of product evaluation, the hospital administration graduates were highlu capable of working and appling professional knowledge and skills.
