การประเมินหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย ฉบับปรับปรุง พุทธศักราช 2550 มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตร สาขาวิชาอนามัยและความปลอดภัย ฉบับปรับปรุง พุทธศักราช 2550 มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ โดยใช้แบบจำลองซิบ (CIPP Model) ประเมินในด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยป้อนเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านผลผลิต เครื่องมือในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 298 คน จำแนกเป็น นักศึกษาทุกชั้นปี จำนวน 167 คน อาจารย์ผู้สอน จำนวน 13 คน บัณฑิต จำนวน 58 คน และผู้บังคับบัญชาของบัณฑิต จำนวน 52 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 8 คน การบรรยายลักษณะข้อมูลใช้สถิติความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมาเลขคณิต และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย

การประเมินด้านบริบท พบว่า วัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรมีความชัดเจนของภาษาที่ใช้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสังคม พัฒนาผู้เรียนด้านสติปัญญา ทักษะ เจตคติ มีความสอดคล้องกับเอกลักษณ์ในวิชาชีพ จป. และสามารถนำไปใช้ปฏิบัติได้จริง มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี โครงสร้างของหลักสูตรด้านจำนวนหน่วยกิจรวมตลอดหลักสูตร จำนวนหน่วยกิตแต่ละกลุ่มวิชา และเนื้อหาสาระของหลักสูตรทุกกลุ่มวิชา มีความสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร เนื้อหาน่าสนใจและทันสมัย มีลำดับขั้นตอนเนื้อหาจากง่ายไปยาก เนื้อหาเป็นประโยชน์สอนให้คิดเป็นทำเป็น เนื้อหาไม่ซ้ำซ้อนกับวิชาอื่นๆ เนื้อหาสามารถนำไปประกอบวิชาชีพ เนื้อหาส่งเสริมให้มีเจตคติที่ดีต่อวิชาชีพ และเนื้อหาส่งเสริมให้มีคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม มีความเหมาะสม อยู่ในระดับดี

ปัจจัยป้อนเข้า ด้านอาจารย์และนักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับอี ส่วนปัจจัยที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนการสอนส่วนใหญ่มีจำนวนเพียงพอ มีคุณภาพดี มีความทันสมัย และมีความสะดวกในการใช้บริการ มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี โดยคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการเรียนรู้ โรงอาหาร หอพัก ห้องพยาบาล สถานที่พักผ่อน สถานที่ออกกำลังกาย และระบบทะเบียนนักศึกษา มีความเหมาะสมระดับปานกลาง

กระบวนการผลิต ด้านการบริหารและการบริการหลักสูตร ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการวัดและการประเมินผล มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี

ผลผลิต ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาสาขาวิชาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย มีความสามารถในการทำงานและความสามารถในการทำงานตามหลักวิชาชีพอยู่ในระดับดี

The objectives of this research were to evaluate the 2007 revised B.S. program in occupational and safety of Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. The CIPP model was employed to assess in aspects of context, input, process and product. A self-administered questionniare was developed by the researchers. The data were collected from sample of 298 consisting 13 instructors, 167 students, 58 occupational health and safety, 52 supervisors and 8 specialists. Descriptive statistics such as means and standard deviation were used for data analysis.

Research findings are as follows:

The evaluation of context indicates that curriculum objectives were clearly state, correspondent to socail needs, to identity of the safety officer, to develop of student's intellect, skills and attitude. They were practical for occupational health and safety career and all considered as having high level of propriety. It was noted that the degree of correspondences to the uniqueness of the nursing profession have the highest level of propriety. As far as the curriculum structure and content are concerned, it was found that total number of credits, credits for subfields and the contents were corresponding to the objectives. The contents were interesting, up-to-date, having hierarchical degree of advancement, suitable for training in academic and practical skills, non-inter-course overlapping the contents were practical for occupational health and safety encouraging good attitude toward the profession and enhancing the students' morality and ethics item that. All were considered as having high level of propriety.

The evaluation of input found that instructors and students had generally high level of propriety. The instructional aids were also high in terms of sufficiency, quality and convenience. Moreover, computer, cafeteria, domitory recreation center, first aids room, relax stadium, sport stadium, and registration system were rated moderate propriety.

In an aspect of process, it was found the curriculum administrtion and management as well as teaching -- learning management and educationall measurement and evaluation was at a high level of propriety.

In term of product evaluation, the occupational health and safety graduates were rated at high level both in general characters and academic and practical knowledge of the profession.
