การปรับเปลี่ยนวิถีชีวิตของประชาชนในเขตชั้นนอกของกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล : ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง และการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม

Abstract

งานวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองและการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม ของประชากรในเขตชั้นนอกของกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาคือ ประชากรในเขตลาดกระบัง จังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร อำเภอบางพลี อำเภอบางบ่อ และกิ่งอำเภอบางเสาธง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 618 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามที่ประกอบด้วยข้อมูล 3 ส่วนคือ ข้อมูลภูมิหลังของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ข้อมูลเพื่อการประเมินระดับและพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง และข้อมูลเพื่อประเมินระดับและพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม ส่วนในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ทำโดยการหาค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ( ) ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D) ค่าความแตกต่าง (t-test) ค่าความแปรปรวน (f-test) และค่าสัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์ (r) แบบของ Pearson ซึ่งจากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสรุปผลได้ว่าเป็นไปตามสมมุติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ กล่าวคือ ประชากรในหน่วยศึกษา มีการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมทางด้านการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง โดยมีการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางการเมืองเพิ่มขึ้น แต่ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมยังคงอยู่ในระดับต่ำเช่นเดียวกับในอดีต ส่วนด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมนั้น ประชากรในหน่วยศึกษามีการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมเพิ่มขึ้น แต่ระดับการมีส่วนร่วม ยังคงเท่ากับในอดีต คืออยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ผลจากการศึกษา ผู้วิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะว่า ทั้งด้านการเมืองและการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม ควรมีการรณรงค์ให้ความรู้แก่ประชาชน อย่างต่อเนื่องและเปิดโอกาสให้ประชาชนในพื้นที่ได้มีส่วนในการกำหนดมาตรการการจัดการด้านต่าง ๆ รวมทั้งควรจัดให้มีหน่วยงานบุคลากร ที่จะให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจแก่ประชาชน ตั้งอยู่ในชุมชน นอกจากนั้นทางกระทรวงศึกษาธิการควรบรรจุเนื้อหาทางด้านการเมืองและสิ่งแวดล้อม ลงในหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนด้วย

The purpose of this of study is aimed at studying behavior about the participation in politics and environment conservation of the occupants in Bangkok Metropolitan suburbs and its’ peripheral areas. The samples are 618 occupants in four districts namely Lardkrabang, Bangplee, Bangbor and Bangsaotong. The method used in this study is the questionnaire consists of demographic data, test of political participation and environment participation. Data analysis is presented in the frequency values, the percentage, the Arithmetic Mean, the standard deviation, T- test values, Variance values and Pearson’values. The results of this study accepted some parts of the hypothesis. The occupants in Bangkok Metropolitan Suburbs and its’ peripheral areas adjusted about politic participation and environment participation, The degree of political participation is in the low level as in the past, but the degree of environment participation is in the middle level. According to the study, the researcher suggest that the government should educate the people on political and environment knowledge contineously and let them manage very thing by themselves. Moreover the government should set up the politics office and the environment office in the communities as well as include the contents of politics and environment in the curriculum of secondary school.
