dc.description.abstract	Different approached can have significant impacts on policies and practices. Within this paper, a variety of perspectives regarding issues of poverty and the poor are presented. Besides Kal Marx’s contributions in elucidation with the concepts of economic determinism, another notions such as mainstream economic, sociological, and psychological outlooks are presented to manifest other feasible causes using a framework of social deprivation and exclusion.	en
