Abstract

เต๋อเพ่ยเปิ่นเฉ่า《得配本草》เป็นหนังสือที่มีความโดดเด่นเรื่องการใช้ยาสมุนไพรและการจับคู่ยา เขียน ขึ้นในสมัยราชวงศ์ชิงของประเทศจีน หนังสือเล่มนี้ได้รวบรวมสมุนไพรที่ใช้รักษาโรคจากคัมภีร์ต่าง ๆ ประสบการณ์การรักษาโรคของแพทย์จีนตั้งแต่ก่อนราชวงศ์ชิง รวมถึงประสบการณ์การรักษาโรคของผู้เขียน ซึ่งผู้เขียนบันทึกการใช้ยาด้วยเนื้อหาที่กระชับ เข้าใจง่ายและเหมาะกับการนำมาเป็นคู่มือการใช้ยาสมุนไพรในการรักษาโรคงานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ รวบรวมข้อมูลและจัดทำฐานข้อมูล เกี่ยวกับการใช้ยาและการจับคู่ยาในการรักษาโรคทางนรีเวชด้วยศาสตร์การแพทย์แผน จีนที่มีบันทึกในหนังสือเต๋อเพ่ยเปิ่นเฉ่า《得配本草》ทำการเก็บข้อมูลตัวยาและคู่ยาที่ใช้รักษาโรคทางนรีเวช ในตาราง EXCEL รวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์และประมวลผลข้อมูล ซึ่งสามารถสรุปผลข้อมูลได้ว่า 1. กลุ่มยาสมุนไพรที่ใช้ใน การรักษาโรคหรืออาการทางนรีเวชที่มีบันทึกในหนังสือเต๋อเพ่ยเปินเฉ่า《得配本草》มากที่สุด 5 อันดับแรก คือ กลุ่มยาบำรุง กลุ่มยาดับความร้อน กลุ่มยาสลายเลือดคั่ง กลุ่มยาห้ามเลือดและกลุ่มยาปรับการไหลเวียนของชี่ 2. ยาที่มีความถี่ในการใช้รักษาโรคทางสตรีมากที่สุด 5 อันดับแรกคือ ตังกุย (当归) เซิงตี้หวง (生地黄) ชวนซฺงฺ(川芎) ไป๋ เส่า(白芍) และเซียงฟู่(香附) 3. คู่ยาที่ใช้รักษาโรคทางนรีเวชที่บันทึกในหนังสือเต๋อเพ่ยเปินเฉ่า《得配本 草》มีทั้งสิ้น 205 ชุด แบ่งเป็นชุดยาที่รักษาโรคหรืออาการที่เกี่ยวกับประจำเดือนจำนวน 33 ชุด ชุดยาที่รักษาโรคหรืออาการที่เกี่ยวกับอาการตกขาวจำนวน 26 ชุด ชุดยาที่รักษาโรคหรืออาการในสตรีตั้งครรภ์จ านวน 46 ชุด ชุดยาที่รักษาโรค หรืออาการในสตรีหลังคลอดจ านวน 70 ชุด และชุดยาที่รักษากลุ่มโรคอื่นๆทางนรีเวชจำนวน 30 ชุด 4. การจับคู่ยาและ กฎเกณฑ์การใช้ยาร่วมมีความสัมพันธ์โดยตรงกับภาวะของโรค ซึ่งสามารถอ้างอิงได้จากการรักษาทางคลินิก

Objective: De Pei Ben Cao is a publication that studies the compatibility of herbs used in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This study examines the gynecology related herbs found in the publication, how they are used to treat different gynecological diseases, and also to study the compatibility laws of these herbs. Methods: This study consolidates the different pairings of gynecology related herbs, and with accordance to Gynecology in Traditional Chinese Medicine, classifies the relevant herbs into the following: Menstruation problems, Leucorrhoea problems, Partum problems, Post-partum problems, and others (gynecology related problems). These herbs were then further classified into the different pairings, their functions, etc, and the data were tabulated into an Excel spreadsheet, forming a data pool for the gynecology herbs in De Pei Ben Cao. Using computing software, the frequency of the usage and pairings of the herbs were analyzed and plotted into a graph. The commonly used herbs were further analyzed to understand the relationship between these herbs and the different symptoms in gynecological diseases. Results: 1.The most commonly used herbs in De Pei Ben Cao for treatment of gynecological diseases are tonics and antipyretics, followed by herbs that aid blood circulation, hemostatic, herbs that improve qi, and astringents. 2. The five herbs that appeared the most frequently are Danggui, Sheng Di Huang, Chuan Xiong, Bai Shao and Xiang Fu. 3. The commonly used herbs in De Pei Ben Cao for treatment of gynecological diseases have 205 pairings divided for menstruation problems (33 pairings), for leucorrhea problems (26 pairings), for partum problems (46 pairings), for post-partum problems (70 pairings), for others (gynecology related problems; 30 pairings). 4. The different symptom in gynecology related diseases can be treated using different compatibility law, and these can be used for reference in clinical situations.
