Abstract

ปัญหาของเด็กและเยาวชนในชุมชนแออัดบ้านบาตร กรุงเทพมหานคร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพแวดล้อมและวิธีการดำเนินชีวิตของเด็กและเยาวชนในชุมชนบ้านบาตร กรุงเทพมหานคร และเพื่อศึกษาปัญหาของเด็กและเยาวชนในชุมชนบ้านบาตร กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยทำการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ จากผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. ชุมชนบ้านบาตรเป็นหมู่บ้านหัตถกรรมเก่าแก่ตั้งแต่สมัยต้นกรุงรัตนโกสินทร์ ที่ผลิตบาตรพระด้วยมือแห่งเดียวในประเทศไทย ที่มีวิถีการผลิตที่ต้องอาศัยความถนัดเฉพาะทางของช่างในแต่ละขั้นตอน จึงมีการแบ่งงานเป็นส่วนๆ ตามความถนัด เกิดเป็นระบบพึ่งพากันเอง ปัจจุบันการทำบาตรมือลดลงเนื่องจากมีเครื่องจักรเข้ามาทดแทนและราคาถูก ส่วนวิถีการดำเนินชีวิตของเด็กและเยาวชนในชุมชนบ้านบาตร มีสภาพแวดล้อมที่แออัด ซับซ้อน ชุมชนมีความสกปรกอย่างเห็นได้ชัดตามทางเดินในชุมชนและบริเวณบ้านก็จะมีขยะอยู่ทั่วไป สภาพการเป็นอยู่ของเด็กและเยาวชนในชุมชนนั้น ก็จะมีความแตกต่างกันออกไป เด็กและเยาวชนบางรายภายในบ้านคับแคบจะมีลักษณะการเป็นอยู่กันเป็นครอบครัวละ 3-5 คน ไม่มีความเป็นส่วนตัว 2. ปัญหาของเด็กและเยาวชนในชุมชนบ้านบาตร พบว่า มี 3 ปัญหาที่สำคัญ คือ 1) ปัญหาติดยาเสพติดและอบายมุขต่างๆ 2) ปัญหาการศึกษา 3) ปัญหาติดเกมส์ นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่ามีปัญหาการทะเลาะวิวาท ปัญหาเที่ยวกลางคืน ปัญหาแม่วัยใส ปัญหาขาดความสามัคคีและปัญหาไม่มีพื้นที่เล่นกีฬา ปัญหาดังกล่าวส่งผลกระทบต่อเด็กและเยาวชน ครอบครัว ชุมชน ที่แตกต่างกันออกไปของแต่ละปัญหา แต่ที่เห็นได้ชัดเจนเลย คือ ผลกระทบกับเด็กและเยาวชนทั้งพัมนาการด้านร่างกายและจิตใจ แนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาควรให้ผู้นำชุมชน องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นและภาคีเครือข่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องควรเปิดโอกาสให้เด็กและเยาวชนได้มีส่วนร่วมในการคิดทำแผนพัฒนาเด็กและเยาวชน รวมทั้งส่งเสริมบทบาทของครอบครัวในการอบรมส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนเด็กและเยาวชนมีทักษะชีวิตในการเลือกแนวทางในการดำเนินชีวิตให้เหมาะสม เช่น การเลือกคบเพื่อนที่ดีสามารถช่วยแนะนำเราได้ในทางที่ดี สามารถคอยเตือนสติเราได้เมื่อหลงผิด การเลือกกิจกรรมให้กับตนเองอย่างเช่น กิจกรรมศิลปะ กิจกรรมดนตรี กิจกรรมอบรมธรรมะ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางไม่ให้ตนเองเข้าไปยุ่งเกี่ยวกับสิ่งที่ไม่ดีและสามารถดำรงชีวิตอยู่ในชุมชนอย่างปกติได้

Problems of children and youth in Ban Bart crowed Community, Bangkok aims to study the environment and living of children and youth in Ban Bart Community, Bangkok and to study the problem of children and youth in Ban Bart Community, Bangkok by collecting qualitative data. The study found that 1. Ban Bart Community is the village of the ancient handicraft since the early Rattanakosin period, the only place that maker crafted monk’s alms-bowl in Thailand. A craftsman has to be especially skilled in each step of the production, so the work is divided into sections based on aptitude that leads to self-reliance community. Currently, the craft of making monk’s alms-bowl is diminished because it is replaced by machine which is cheaper. The living of children and youth in Ban Bart Community is in the crowded surrounding and complicated. The community is apparently dirty on the pathway and there is garbage everywhere in houses’ area. The living condition of children and youth is different in each family. Some children live in small houses together as families of 3-5 people in each family, with no privacy. 2. There are 3 major problems of children and youth in Ban Bart Community: 1) The problem of drug addiction and allurements, 2) The problem of education, 3) The problem of video game addiction. Moreover, there are other problem of affray, adolescent pregnancy, lack of unity and no sport areas. The problems affect children and youth, families and community in different consequences. The problems apparently have impact on children and youth’s physical and mental development. The solution is the opportunity of children and youth’s participation in development plan that community leader, local government, and relevant partners should provide. As well as promoting the role of families in supporting and encouraging children and youth to have an appropriate living, such as associating with good friends that can help them in a good way and advise them to keep away from bad things and choosing activities such as art, music and moral activities to keep them away from allurements and make them to live happily in the community.
