การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการรับรู้ของประชาชนต่อยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนา คุณภาพชีวิตประชาชนในแผนพัฒนาสามปี (พ.ศ. 2557-2559) ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านตึก ระดับความเห็นชอบของประชาชนต่อแนวทางการพัฒนาตามยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต ประชาชนภายใต้แผนพัฒนาสามปี (พ.ศ. 2557-2559) ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านตึก ระดับ ความต้องการมีส่วนร่วมในโครงการตามยุทธศาสตร์พัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตประชาชนในแผนพัฒนาสามปี (พ.ศ. 2557-2559) ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านตึกและความคิดเห็นต่อแนวทางในการพัฒนา คุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในตำบลบ้านตึก อำเภอศรีสัชนาลัย จังหวัดสุโขทัย จำนวน 259 คน โดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาในการคำนวณค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างระหว่าง ตัวแปรต้นและตัวแปรตาม ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเพศชายมีอายุ 61 ปีขึ้นไป สถานภาพสมรส นับถือ ศาสนาพุทธ จบการศึกษาส่วนใหญ่ในระดับประถมศึกษา ทำอาชีพเกษตรกรเป็นส่วนใหญ่ รายได้ ต่อ เดือน 5,000 - 10,000 บาท รายได้ครอบครัวต่อเดือน 5,000 - 10,000 บาท มีจำนวนสมาชิก 3 คนต่อ ครัวเรือน ได้รับการช่วยเหลือในด้าน เบี้ยยังชีพผู้สูงอายุ/คนพิการ/ผู้ด้อยโอกาส การ รับรู้ของประชาชน พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีการรับรู้ข้อมูลจากผู้ใหญ่บ้านมากที่สุด (ร้อยละ 78.8) รับรู้ทิศทางการพัฒนาถูกต้อง (ร้อยละ 68.8) รับรู้เกี่ยวกับภารกิจการปรับปรุง และพัฒนาระบบ คมนาคมขนส่ง ฯลฯ (ร้อยละ 79.1) รับรู้จุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตประชาชนในเรื่องการ คมนาคมสะดวกมากที่สุด (ร้อยละ 64.5) และรับรู้เกี่ยวกับยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 3 มากที่สุด (ร้อยละ 57.2) มี ระดับความเห็นชอบของประชาชน ในแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการขยะและสิ่งปฏิกูลมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.82) มีระดับความต้องการมีส่วนร่วมในโครงการ พัฒนาศักยภาพผู้สูงอายุ คนพิการ ผู้ด้อยโอกาส ผู้ยากไร้ (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.05) มีแนวทางในการส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชน แก้ไขระบบ การคมนาคม การเกษตร หาตลาด การรับฟังความคิดเห็นของประชาชน ควรมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนา คุณภาพชีวิต มีการจัดกลุ่มประชาชนได้เป็นกรรมการในแผนพัฒนา ติดตาม กระบวนการ แผนงานและ การทำการประชุมถึงแผนการในทุกเดือน
