ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรม 3อ.2ส. ของนักศึกษาคณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนแห่งหนึ่ง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงพรรณา (Descriptive research) ชนิดการวิจัยเชิงความสัมพันธ์ (Correlational research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรม 3อ.2ส. ของนักศึกษาคณะ สาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนแห่งหนึ่ง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาคณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และ สิ่งแวดล้อม จำนวน 181 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified random sampling) และการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบ ง่าย (Sample random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และ พฤติกรรมสุขภาพ 3อ.2ส. ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาและค่าความเชื่อมั่นของ แบบสอบถามทุกชุดมากกว่า 0.7 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษาคณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อม มีพฤติกรรม 3อ.2ส. โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (x̅ = 3.30, S.D. = 0.32) ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของนักศึกษาด้านการเข้าถึงข้อมูลและบริการสุขภาพ ทักษะการสื่อสารสุขภาพ และการจัดการตนเอง มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับต่ำกับพฤติกรรม 3อ.2ส. (r=0.175, 0.277, 0.285 ตามลำดับ) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 จากผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้สามารถนำข้อมูลไปใช้เป็น แนวทางในการวางแผนและกำหนดกิจกรรม การให้ความรู้และกำหนดรูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน และเพิ่มพูน ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพให้นักศึกษามีพฤติกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพได้ดียิ่งขึ้น

Descriptive research was used in conjunction with correlational research. The objective is to study the relationship between health literacy and behavior 3Aor 2Sor ( food, exercise, emotion, non-smoking, alcohol) cessation of students faculty of public and environmental health. The sample consists of 181 students in the faculty public health and environment by simple sampling method. This research used questionnaires was created consist of personal factor Health literacy and health behaviors behavior of food, exercise, emotion, non-smoking, alcohol cessation or passed the content validity check. The confidence value of opinion questionnaire on health literacy and behavior 3Aor 2Sor. had confidence values more than 0.7. The data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, minimum and maximum value, and tested by Pearson Correction Coefficient statistics. The results showed that students of the faculty of public health and environment had the behavior of 3Aor 2Sor overall at a moderate level (x̅ = 3.30, S.D. = 0.32). The health literacy includes access to information and health services, health communication skills and self-management There was a low level of positive correlation with the behavior of 3Aor 2Sor (r=0.175, 0.277, 0.285 respectively.) at the statistical significance level 0.05. The results of this research can be used as a guideline for the design of activities knowledge and teaching and learning activities so that students of the Faculty of Public Health and the Environment are aware of and understand how to practice according to the behavioral principles of 3Aor 2Sor better health.
