ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรับรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงานฝ่ายผลิตในโรงงานแปรรูปยางพาราแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดระยอง

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการรับรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงานฝ่ายผลิตในโรงงานแปรรูปยางพาราแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดระยอง จำนวน 21 คน มีการเลือกสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบลำดับชั้น ทำการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วยข้อมูลปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยด้านทัศนคติในการทำงานอย่างปลอดภัย ปัจจัยด้านแรงจูงใจในการทำงาน ปัจจัยด้านความรู้ในการทำงานอย่างปลอดภัย และปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้ความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการศึกษา พบว่าส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย ร้อยละ 95.90 สถานภาพโสด ร้อยละ 64.50 ช่วงอายุ 30-44 ปี ร้อยละ 60.33 จบการศึกษาระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย/ปวช. ร้อยละ 30.60 เป็นพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการ ร้อยละ 92.60 อายุงานน้อยกว่า 5 ปี ร้อยละ 53.70 ไม่เคยเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงาน ร้อยละ 91.70 เคยประสบอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงาน ร้อยละ 8.30 โดยส่วนใหญ่ได้บาดเจ็บบริเวณนิ้วมือ ร้อยละ 60.00 ไม่ถึงขั้นหยุดงาน ร้อยละ 90.00 และเคยได้รับการอบรม ร้อยละ 82.60 ระดับทัศนคติด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานอยู่ในระดับสูง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.85 คะแนน ระดับแรงจูงใจในการทำงานในระดับสูง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 2.96 คะแนน ระดับความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานอยู่ในระดับสูง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 15.79 คะแนน และระดับการรับรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.90 คะแนน ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้สามารถนำข้อมูลไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการจัดทำรูปแบบเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการสร้างการรับรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยเพื่อนำสู่การป้องกันและลดการเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงานได้

This research aimed to study the factors associated with the perception of occupational safety among production workers in a rubber processing factory in Rayong Province. The study sample consisted of 121 workers. A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted using a stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire that included factors such as personal characteristics, attitudes towards safe work practices, motivation for work, knowledge of safe work practices, and perception of occupational safety. Data were analyzed by using the descriptive statistics. The results showed that most of the production workers in the rubber processing factory in Rayong Province were male (95.90%), aged 30-44 years (60.30%), had a highest education level of upper secondary school/vocational certificate (30.60%), and held operational positions (92.60%). The majority of the workers were single (64.50%) and had worked with the company for less than 5 years (53.70%). Most workers had never experienced and accident at work (91.70%), and those who had experienced and accident mostly injured their fingers (60.00%). The severity of the accidents was mostly not serious enough to cause lose work time (90.00%). In terms of safety training, 82.60% of the workers had received training. The overall attitude towards occupational safety was high (mean score of 3.85), as was the motivation for work (mean score of 2.96), knowledge of occupational safety (mean score of 15.79) and perception of occupational safety was high 3.90. This findings suggests that the primary data should be used for the perception of occupational safety promotion for prevention and reduce an accident rate in the workers of Rubber processing.
