การเปรียบเทียบและค้นหาปัจจัยสำคัญต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการคัดแยกขยะของพนักงานโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอัญมณี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

Abstract

โรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอัญมณีแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการได้ดำเนินการรณรงค์การคัดแยกขยะให้กับพนักงานและปรับปรุงจุดวางตั้งภาชนะรองรับของเสียตามแนวทางปฏิบัติของกรมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม พร้อมกับทำการวิจัยที่มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการคัดแยกขยะของพนักงานในช่วงก่อนและหลังดำเนินการรณรงค์ 2) เพื่อค้นหาปัจจัยสำคัญที่มีผลต่อสัมฤทธิ์ของการคัดแยกขยะของพนักงาน และ 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบรายได้รายเดือนจากการจำหน่ายขยะรีไซเคิลในช่วงก่อนและหลังดำเนินการรณรงค์ มีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พนักงานโรงงานจำนวน 188 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามแบบบันทึกรายได้จากการจำหน่ายขยะรีไซเคิล สถิติเชิงพรรณนาที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าพิสัย ค่าเฉลี่ย ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมานที่ใช้ ได้แก่ การทดสอบค่าที (Paired และ One-Sample T-Test) และการทดสอบสถิติไคสแควร์ (Chi0Square Test) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ในภาพรวมผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการคัดแยกขยะของพนักงานในช่วงก่อนและหลังดำเนินการอยู่ในระดับสูง โดยความรู้ในช่วงหลังดำเนินการรณรงค์สูงกว่าช่วงก่อนดำเนินการรณรงค์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา แผนกงาน และตำแหน่งงานมีผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการคัดแยกขยะของพนักงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 และ 3) รายได้รายเดือนจากการจำหน่ายขยะรีไซเคิลในช่วงก่อนดำเนินการรณรงค์น้อยกว่าหลังดำเนินการรณรงค์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 ทั้งนี้ ผลการศึกษาเหล่านี้สามารถเป็นตัวอย่างในการปฏิบัติอย่างง่ายให้กับโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอื่นๆ ต่อไป

The proposed paper is the outcome of the study undertaken to organize a campaign for employees in a gemstones factory in Samut Prakan Province by sorting out the recyclable waste, and improving the location of the waste collection and the garbage bins in accordance with the guidelines of the Department of Industrial Works. The objective of this research were 1) to comparative study on achievement of waste sorting of employees before and after the campaign, 2) to find key factors affecting achievement of waste sorting of employees, and 3) to compare the monthly income from selling recyclable waste before and after the campaign. The population sample consists of 188 factory employees. Data were collected using questionnaires and a form of monthly income from selling recyclable waste. The descriptive statistics used range, mean, frequency, percentage, standard deviation, and the inferential statistics used Paired T-Test, One-Sample T-Test and Chi-Square Test. The results of the study revealed that: 1) overall achievement in the pre and post-campaign period was at high level. The achievement in the post-campaign period was significantly higher than the pre-campaign period at the 0.05 level, 2) personal factors including gender, age, educational level, department, and job position were significantly affected to achievement of waste sorting of employees at the 0.05 level, and 3) the monthly income from selling recyclable waste during the pre-campaign period was significantly lower than the post-campaign period at the 0.05 level. Finally, these results could be a good example to other factories.
