สถานการณ์พฤติกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของกลุ่มเกษตรกรที่มีความเสียงต่อโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 และการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนตำบลห้วยกะปิ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรี

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์พฤติกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพกลุ่มเกษตรกรที่มีความเสี่ยงต่อโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 และการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ กลุ่มเสี่ยงฯ จำนวน 316 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย และข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ชุมชน จำนวน 51 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามด้านความคิดรู้หรือรู้สึกนึกคิดและอารมณ์ต่อพฤติกรรมเพื่อป้องกันโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ใช้สถิติเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพเป็นการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มเสี่ยงฯ มีการรับรู้ประโยชน์และการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเองในการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ ระดับน้อย การรับรู้อุปสรรคการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ ระดับมาก พฤติกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ ระดับปรับปรุง อิทธิพลระหว่างบุคคลและสถานการณ์แวดล้อมมีความสำคัญต่อพฤติกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนอยู่ในระดับ 3 คือ ระดับการปรึกษาหารือโดยเปิดโอกาสให้ชุมชนแสดงความคิดเห็น แต่การตัดสินใจเป็นหน้าที่ของหัวหน้าโครงการ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มเสี่ยงฯ มีพฤติกรรมสร้างเสริมภาพอยู่ในระดับปรับปรุงและการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนอยู่ในระดับ 3 (การปรึกษาหารือ) ตลอดจนหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชนในชุมชนควรนำผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้เข้าเป็นข้อมูลในการทำแผนยุทธศาสตร์ด้านสุขภาพ

This research was the Mixed Method Research aiming at studying the situational of health promotion behaviors of the Risk Farmer group for type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Community’s Participation. The samples of farmers at risk for type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in the first 1st period for quantitative research were 316 persons and in the second period for qualitative research were 51 persons in the community. The instruments utilized was the questionnaire on specific cognition and affect. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistic and content analysis to compare arithmetic mean, standard deviation and quantitative data with the triangulation data consistency model. The results of the study were as follows: The risk group had poor level of health promotion behaviors. Perceived benefit of health promotion, perceived self-efficacy had poor level of health promotion behaviors, perceived barriers to activity had high level of health promotion behaviors. Health promotion behaviors need improvement. Interpersonal influence and situational influences were important roles ) or factors to create healthy promotion behaviors, and Community’s Participation was at level 3 (consultation by giving the community an opportunity to express their opinions but the decision was made by the project owner). It may be concluded that the risk group had poor level of health promotion behaviors and community’s participation was consultation. The authors recommend this disclosure to local health authorities in making health strategic plan.
