แนวทางส่งเสริมอาชีพของคนพิการ: องค์ความรู้จากการวิจัย

Abstract

ปัญหาพื้นฐานที่มีความสำคัญต่อวิถีการดำเนินชีวิตของคนพิการในประเทศไทยคือการถูกเลือกปฏิบัติไม่ได้รับโอกาสในการจ้างงาน จากการสังเคราะห์งานวิจัยด้านการประกอบอาชีพของคนพิการทำให้ได้องค์ความรู้ว่าภาครัฐ ยังมีข้อจำกัดในด้านการฝึกอาชีพให้คนพิการ ขณะที่องค์ความรู้ที่ได้จากงานวิจัยเรื่องรูปแบบและแนวทางการส่งเสริมกลุ่มอาชีพหรือสวัสดิการสำหรับคนพิการ และการศึกษารูปแบบการพัฒนาธุรกิจเพื่อสังคมเพื่อสร้างความเข้มแข็งแก่คนพิการ พบว่าคนพิการมีศักยภาพในการทำธุรกิจหากได้รับการพัฒนาศักยภาพด้วยการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพ ได้รับการศึกษาที่เหมาะสมและได้รับการฝึกและการพัฒนาอาชีพอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

The basis problems of people with disability in Thailand is treated depressive discrimination and lack of change in employment. According to the synthesis of research, there are limitation of state in providing occupational training for people with disability, but on the other hand the research on “Models and Directions of Occupation or Welfare Promotion for Disabled Group” and “The development of Business Model for Social Enterprise to Strengthen People with Disability” found the potential of people with disability in running business as if providing them potential development with capacity restoration, suitable education, efficiently training and occupational development.
