การติดตามผลบัณฑิตหลักสูตวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารโรงพยาบาล คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติที่สำเร็จการศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2539-2541

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ของบัณฑิตหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตร์บัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารโรงพยาบาล คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ในด้านอัตราการได้งานทำ ลักษณะของงานที่ทำ ความเกี่ยวข้องของงานกับสาขาวิชา ปัญหาอุปสรรคในการทำงาน สาเหตุที่หางานทำไม่ได้ รวมทั้งสาเหตุการเปลี่ยนงาน และศึกษาความคิดเห็นของบัณฑิตต่อการจัดการเรียน การสอนและการนำความรู้ไปใชในการปฏิบัติงาน ตลอดจนประเมินความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิต กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ บัณฑิตสาขาวิชาการบริหารโรงพยาบาล ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2539-2541 จำนวน 30 คน ผู้บังคับบัญชา จำนวน 9 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์โดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน จากการศึกษาพบว่าอัตราการได้งานทำ คือ ร้อยละ 70 บัณฑิตที่มีงานทำพบว่าส่วนใหญ่ทำงานในภาคเอกชน งานมีลักษณะถาวร อยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ตำแหน่งงานที่พบมากที่สุด คือ เจ้าหน้าที่เวชระเบียน เงินเดือนส่วนมากอยู่ในช่วง 8,000-9,000 บาท งานที่ทำสอดคล้องกับวิชาชีพที่ศึกษามาร้อยละ 47.6 ปัญหาอุปสรรคในการทำงานที่พบมากที่สุด คือ ทำงานไม่ตรงสาขาวิชา บัณฑิตทั้งหมดมีการเปลี่ยนงาน ร้อยละ 33.3 โดยเหตุผลในการการเปลี่ยนงานส่วนใหญ่มาจากการเดินทาง ในส่วนของบัณฑิตที่ไม่มีงานทำพบว่าสาเหตุการไม่ได้งานทำมากที่สุด คือ ไม่มีงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเปิดรับสมัคร บัณฑิตส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนในด้านต่างๆ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และมีความคิดเห็นต่อประเด็นความเหมาะสมและการใช้ประโยชน์ในการทำงานของวิชาต่างๆ ที่ศึกษามาตามหลักสูตร อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง บัณฑิตประเมินความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของตนเองอยู่ในระดับดี และในระดับดีในด้านความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน ความสามารถด้านความสัมพันธ์ ความเป็นผู้นำ และบุคลิกลักษณะ ส่วนความสามารถด้านความคิดอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ผู้บังคับบัญชาประเมินบัณฑิตอยู่ในระดับดีทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้าน

The purposes of this research are to evaluate the achievement of the graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Faculty of Public and Environmental Health, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University regarding employment rate, type of job undertaken, job and self profession relevancy, problems and handicaps in their work, causes of unemployment and job migration. It also included the graduate’s opinions toward education management, application of knowledge to their jobs, and their job performance. Subjects were thirty graduates in Hospitals Administration from the academic years 1996 through 1998 and nine supervisors. Data were collected by questionnaires. Data were analyzed and reported in percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation. It was found that 70.0% of the graduated were employed. The majority of them were employed permanently in the position of Medical Record Administrator in the private sector in the Bangkok area, with a salary of 8,000-9,000 Baht per month. 47.6% of the employed worked in a relevant profession. A major job handicap was the irrelevance of the job work position. 33.3% of the graduates changed their jobs owning to problem in community to work. The majority of the unemployed stated that the major cause of their unemployment was the unavailability of relevant work. Most graduates stated that the educational management program at Huachiew Chalermprakiet University was a moderate successful management program. The relevance and pragmatic of the program were at a moderate level. The graduates evaluated their job performance in terms of technical skill, human skills, leadership and personality at a good level, whilst conceptual skills were evaluated at a moderate level. However, overall job performance results were evaluated at a good level. Overall and in each aspect of the graduates job performance was evaluated at a good level by their supervisors.
