การประเมินคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์จากการใช้พัสดุภายในมหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาการประเมินคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์จากการใช้พัสดุภายในมหาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติประจำปีการศึกษา 2558 พบว่ามีปริมาณการปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์(CO2) ทั้งสิ้น 54,296 kgCO2eq/ปี (54.2 TON CO2eq/ปี) โดยปริมาณการปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ สัมพันธ์กับปริมาณการเบิกจ่ายพัสดุของหน่วยงาน ทั้งนี้พัสดุกลุ่มกระดาษมีปริมาณการใช้สูงสุด รองลงมาได้แก่ กลุ่มพลาสติกและกลุ่มสารเคมีทาความสะอาด ปริมาณการปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ ของหน่วยงาน สนับสนุนเท่ากับ 50,449.9 kgCO2eq/ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 91.4 คณะวิชาเท่ากับ 3,846.1 kgCO2eq/ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 7.92 โดยหน่วยงานที่มีการปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์สูงสุดได้แก่ ศูนย์เทคโนโลยีการศึกษา รองลงมา สำนักอธิการบดี และกองอาคารและสถานที่ คิดเป็นปริมาณ 41,760 , 3,817 , 1,303 kgCO2eq/ปี ตามลำดับ จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้พบว่าปริมาณการปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ จากการใช้พัสดุคิดเป็นร้อยละ 1.52 ของปริมาณการปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ จากการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าของปีการศึกษา 2558
