การศึกษาความสอดคล้องภายในของแบบประเมินความสามารถในการเคลื่อนไหวของผู้สูงอายุ ฉบับภาษาไทย (GLFS-25 TH) ในประชากรวัยก่อนสูงอายุ ช่วงอายุ 50-59 ปี

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสอดคล้องภายในของแบบประเมิน 25-question Geriatric Locomotive Function Scale (GLFS-25) ฉบับภาษาไทย ในกลุ่มประชากรวัยก่อนสูงอายุ โดยทำการศึกษาใน กลุ่มตัวอย่างอายุ 50-59 ปี จำนวน 30 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามความสมัครใจ ณ โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ตำบลในเขตจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ วิเคราะห์ความสอดคล้องภายในด้วยสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาครอนบาค (Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า แบบประเมิน GLFS-25 TH มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาครอนบาคในภาพรวมจำนวน 24 ข้อ คำถาม เท่ากับ 0.938 ซึ่งแสดงถึงความสอดคล้องภายในระดับดีเยี่ยม เมื่อพิจารณารายหมวดพบว่า หมวดความ เจ็บปวด (4 ข้อคำถาม) และหมวดการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวัน (16 ข้อคำถาม) มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อยู่ในระดับดีถึงดีเยี่ยมเท่ากับ 0.827 และ 0.907 ตามลำดับ สำหรับหมวดสุขภาพจิตและความกังวล (2 ข้อคำถาม) และหมวดการเข้าสังคม (เหลือวิเคราะห์ 2 ข้อคำถาม) พบค่าสัมประสิทธิ์เท่ากับ 0.638 และ 0.326 ตามลำดับ ทั้งนี้ ในหมวดการเข้าสังคมพบข้อคำถามที่ 22 เกิดภาวะผลกระทบจากพื้น (Floor Effect) อย่างสมบูรณ์ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด เลือกตอบตัวเลือกเดียวกันว่าไม่มีปัญหา (คะแนนเป็น 0 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100.0) ซึ่งสะท้อนว่ากลุ่มวัยก่อนสูงอายุยังคงมีความคล่องตัวทางสังคมและการเคลื่อนที่ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า แบบประเมิน GLFS-25 TH มีความสอดคล้องภายในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีเยี่ยม มีความเหมาะสมสำหรับใช้เป็นเครื่องมือคัดกรองเบื้องต้นร่วมกับการให้บริการสุขภาพตามปกติ เพื่อเฝ้าระวังภาวะโลโคโมทีฟในกลุ่มผู้มารับบริการวัยก่อนสูงอายุต่อไป

This study aimed to investigate the internal consistency of the Thai version of the 25- question Geriatric Locomotive Function Scale (GLFS-25 TH) among a pre-elderly population. A sample of 30 participants aged 50–59 years was selected via voluntary sampling from a sub-district health promoting hospital in Samut Prakan Province. Internal consistency was evaluated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The findings revealed that the GLFS-25 TH demonstrated an excellent overall internal consistency across 24 items, with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.938. Domain-specific analysis showed good to excellent internal consistency for the pain domain (4 items, α = 0.827) and the activities of daily living domain (16 items, α = 0.907). Conversely, lower alpha coefficients were observed for the mental health and anxiety domain (2 items, α = 0.638) and the social participation domain (2 analyzed items, α = 0.326). Notably, a complete floor effect was observed in item 22 (social participation domain), where 100.0% of the participants responded with "no problem" (a score of 0). This phenomenon reflects that the pre-elderly population still maintains robust social engagement and physical mobility. In conclusion, the GLFS-25 TH exhibits an excellent overall internal consistency and is appropriate for utilization as an initial screening tool in routine healthcare services to monitor locomotive syndrome among pre-elderly outpatients.
