การศึกษาอุปสรรคในการพัฒนาความรู้จากการศึกษาต่อเนื่องทางเภสัชศาสตร์ของเภสัชกรชุมชนในพื้นที่จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาเพื่อศึกษาถึงอุปสรรคในการพัฒนาความรู้จากการศึกษาต่อเนื่องของเภสัชกรชุมชนโดยในพื้นที่จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ เก็บข้อมูลจากการสำรวจเภสัชกรประจำร้านยาจำนวน 40 คน จากร้านยาในเขตจังหวัดสมุทรปราการโดยใช้แบบสอบถามและการลงไปสัมภาษณ์ด้วยตนเอง ผลการสำรวจพบว่าเภสัชกรทั้งหมดมีอุปสรรคในด้านของเวลา (100%) ซึ่งในด้านของเวลานั้นการไม่มีเวลาจากงานที่ทำอยู่ประจำเป็นอุปสรรคที่พบบ่อยที่สุด อุปสรรคในด้านรองลงมาที่พบคือด้านข่าวสารและวารสารต่างๆ (80%) ซึ่งเป็นอุปสรรคในเรื่องของความไม่ต่อเนื่องของข่าวสารและวารสารต่างๆ จากสภาและหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ อุปสรรคในด้านถัดไป คือ ด้านค่าใช้จ่าย (50%) มีเรื่องของการเสียรายได้จากงานที่ทำอยู่ประจำและค่าธรรมเนียมในการเข้าร่วมประชุมทางวิชาการต่างๆ สูง นอกจากนี้ยังพบอุปสรรคในด้านอื่นๆ อีกคือ จำนวนเภสัชกรที่รับเข้าร่วมประชุมวิชาการในแต่ละครั้งน้อยเกินไปพบ (27.5%) และสถานที่จัดประชุมไม่เอื้ออำนวยต่อการเดินทางพบอีก (12.5%)

This descriptive research is to study the knowledge development barrier in continuing pharmaceutical education of community pharmacists in Samutprakarn. The questionnaire was used in this study with the interviews were done by the researchers themselves in interviewing 40 pharmacists from drug store in Samutprakarn. The results found that 100% of the barrier deals with the time. The most frequent time barrier is the pharmacists don’t have enough time from their routine work. The second barrier which is 80% are the messaged and journals. This barrier deals with the uncontinuing of news and journals from council and other sectors. The last barrier which is 50% concerns the lost of income from routine work and high admission fee in attending the academic conference. Moreover, it was found that 25.5% of barriers is limitation of attendance for each academic conferences and 12.5% of the interviewees said that the conference places are very inconvenient.
