ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาเกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อมภายในมหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาเกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อมภายในมหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ โดยจำแนกออกเป็น บริเวณภายในอาคารเรียน บริเวณภายนอกอาคารเรียน อาคารโภชนาการ บริเวณสถานที่พักผ่อน และอาคารอำนวยการ ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียติที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรีด้วยวิธี Yamane จำนวน 420 คน จากจำนวนทั้งหมด 8,285 คน วิธีการเก็บข้อมูลใช้แบบสอบถามและนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจโดยรวมเกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อมภายในมหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติในระดับปานกลาง (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.80) โดยมีความพึงพอใจเกี่ยวกับความสะอาดของอาคารอำนวยการมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.67) มีความพึงพอใจเกี่ยวกับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในห้องน้ำน้อยที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 1.79) บริเวณที่นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด คือ อาคารอำนวยการ (ค่าเฉลี่ย=3.50) รองลงมา คือ ภายนอกอาคารเรียน (ค่าเฉลี่ย่=2.99) ภายในอาคารเรียนค่าเฉลี่ย=2.78) สถานที่พักผ่อน (ค่าเฉลี่ย=2.74) และบริเวณที่นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจน้อยที่สุด คือ อาคารโภชนาการ (ค่าเฉลี่ย=2.62) การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเพศ ชั้นปี คณะวิชา กับระดับความพึงพอใจเกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อมภายในมหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ พบว่า เพศมีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับความพึงพอใจอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ แม้ว่าเพศชายจะมีความพึงพอใจ (ค่าเฉลี่ย=2.91) มากกว่าเพศหญิง (ค่าเฉลี่ย=2.72) ชั้นปี และคณะวิชา พบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับความพึงพอใจอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 โดยระดับชั้นปีที่ 1 มีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย=2.93) ระดับชั้นปีที่ 3 มีความพึงพอใจน้อยที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย=2.57) และคณะวิชาที่มีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด คือ คณะกายภาพบำบัด (ค่าเฉลี่ย=3.08) รองลงมา คือ คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อม (ค่าเฉลี่ย=2.92) และคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ (ค่าเฉลี่ย=2.86) สำหรับคณะวิชาที่มีความพึงพอใจน้อยที่สุด คือ คณะเทคนิคการแพทย์ (ค่าเฉลี่ย=2.46) แม้ว่านักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่จะมีความประทับใจในการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อภายในมหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติหลายแห่ง เช่น สวนไผ่า สวนสุขภาพ สวนจีน ด้านหน้าอาคารบรรณสาร เป็นต้น อย่างไรก็ตาม มหาวิทยาลัยควรมีแผนการปรับปรุงห้องน้ำและอาคารโภชนาการ เพื่อให้นักศึกษาและบุคลากรภายนอกที่เข้ามามหาวิทยาลัยในโอกาสต่างๆ เกิดความประทับใจในมหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติมากยิ่งขึ้น

The objective of this research was to study the satisfaction of students about environment in Huachiew Chalermprakiet University (HCU). The target areas were inside and outside Lecture building area, Canteen building relaxing area, and Administration building. The anount of population in this work using Yamane Formula was 420 from 8,285 students in HCU who were studying in bachelor's degree. Data collection was done by questionnaires and then analyzed by SPSS program. The result found that overall satisfaction of the students for environmental atmosphere in HCU was in the medium level (average=2.80). The most satisfactort of students was clean of Administration building (average=3.67), on the other hand, the least was toilet (average=1.79). The most satisfied area was Administration building (averge=3.50) follows by outside Lecturer buildning area (avergae=2.99), inside Lecturer building area (average=2.78), relaxing area (average=2.74), and Canteen building (average=2.62), respectively. The relationship among gender, studied year, and faculty with environmental satisfaction level in HCU was also studied. It was found that no statistically significant between gender and environmental satisfaction level. Studied year had statistically significant with environmental satisfaction level at 0.05. The first year student had the most satisfaction (average=2.93) wheras the third student showed the least (average=2.57). For the faculty, the satisfaction from high to low was Faculty of Physical Therapy (average=3.08), Faculty of Public and Environmental Health (average=2.92), Faculty of Nursing (average=2.86), and the least was Faculty of Technique Medical Profession (average=2.46). Although, almost students impressed in environment inside HCU e.g. bamboo garden, health park, china garden, and front of library, HCU should have plan to improve toilet and Canteen buidling for increase impression of students and outer people who were invited HCU in some occasion.
