การประเมินหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย ฉบับปรับปรุง พุทธศักราช 2560 มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตร สาขาวิชาอนามัยและความปลอดภัย ฉบับปรับปรุง พุทธศักราช 2560 มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ โดยใช้แบบจำลองชิบ (CIPP Model) ประเมินในด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยป้อนเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านผลผลิต เครื่องมือในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 195 คน จำแนกเป็น นักศึกษา จำนวน 121 คน อาจารย์ผู้สอน จำนวน 8 คน บัณฑิต จำนวน 52 คน และผู้บังคับบัญชาของบัณฑิต จำนวน 14 คน การบรรยายลักษณะข้อมูลใช้สถิติความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมาเลขคณิต และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน โดยผลที่ได้จากการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แบ่งผลการประเมินหลักสูตร ไว้ดังนี้ ด้านบริบท พบว่า วัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรมีความชัดเจนของภาษาที่ใช้ สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสังคม พัฒนาผู้เรียนด้านสติปัญญา ทักษะ และเจตคติ มีความสอดคล้องกับเอกลักษณ์ในวิชาชีพ จป. และสามารถนำไปใช้ปฏิบัติได้จริงมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี โครงสร้างของหลักสูตรด้านจำนวนหน่วยกิตรวมตลอดหลักสูตร จำนวนหน่วยกิตแต่ละกลุ่มวิชา และเนื้อหาสาระของหลักสูตรทุกกลุ่มวิชา มีความสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร เนื้อหาน่าสนใจและทันสมัย มีลำดับขั้นตอนเนื้อหาจากง่ายไปยาก เนื้อหาเป็นประโยชน์สอนให้คิดเป็นทำเป็น เนื้อหาไม่ซ้ำซ้อนกับวิชาอื่นๆ เนื้อหาสามารถนำไปประกอบวิชาชีพ เนื้อหาส่งเสริมให้มีเจตคติที่ดีต่อวิชาชีพ และเนื้อหาส่งเสริมให้มีคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม มีความเหมาะสม อยู่ในระดับดี ปัจจัยป้อนเข้า ได้แก่ (1) ด้านอาจารย์ พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนรวมของปัจจัยป้อนเข้าด้านอาจารย์อยู่ในระดับดี โดยการตรงต่อเวลา ความรับผิดชอบในบทบาทของอาจารย์ และเปิดโอกาสในการซักถามและแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดสามอันดับแรก (2) ด้านนักศึกษา พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนรวมของปัจจัยป้อนเข้านักศึกษาอยู่ในระดับดี โดยนักศึกษามีความซื่อสัตย์ ความเป็นระเบียบวิจัยและตรงต่อเวลา และสุขภาพแข็งแรง มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดสามอันดับแรก (3) ด้านปัจจัยที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนการสอนส่วนใหญ่มีจำนวนเพียงพอ มีคุณภาพดี มีความทันสมัย และมีความสะดวกในการใช้บริการมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี โดยคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการเรียนรู้ โรงอาหาร หอพัก ห้องพยาบาล สถานที่พักผ่อน สถานที่ออกกำลังกาย ระบบทะเบียนนักศึกษา และส่วนสถานที่ออกกำลังกายภายในด้านจำนวนมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี กระบวนการผลิต ได้แก่ (1) ด้านการบริหารและการบริการหลักสูตร อาจารย์ผู้สอน พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนการบริหารและบริการหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับดี โดยการมีระบบอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาเพื่อให้คำแนะนำ และการจัดอาจารย์สอนแต่ละวิชาเหมาะสมกับคุณวุฒิและประสบการณ์มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด ส่วนนักศึกษา พบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนรวมของการบริหารและบริการหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับดี โดยการจัดสภาพห้องเรียนมีความเหมาะสมต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอน ปฐมนิเทศการสอนก่อนทุกวิชา การจัดแผนการเรียนถูกต้องตามหนังสือคู่มือหลักสูตร มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดสามอันดับแรก (2) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน อาจารย์ พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนรวมการจัดการเรียนการสอนอยู่ในระดับดี โดยการดูแลและให้คำปรึกษาอย่างใกล้ชิดขณะฝึกปฏิบัติงาน การสร้างบรรยากาศในการเรียนการสอนได้อย่างเหมาะสม มีความปลูกฝังให้นักศึกษารักและภูมิใจในวิชาชีพอาชีวอนามัย มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด ส่วนนักศึกษา พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนรวมการบริหารและบริการหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับดี โดยการวางแผนการสอนโดยกำหนดจุดมุ่งหมาย กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน และการประเมินผลได้อย่างชัดเจน เปิดโอกาสให้ซักถามหรือข้อความรู้ต่างๆ อย่างเหมาะสม และมอบหมายงานที่มีปริมาณเหมาะสมกับเนื้อหาและเวลาที่สอน มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด (3) การวัดและการประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน อาจารย์พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก โดยข้อสอบได้รับการพิจารณาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพก่อนนำไปใช้ และข้อสอบมีความชัดเจนและครอบคลุมเนื้อหาที่สอน มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด ส่วนนักศึกษาพบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนรวมอยู่ในระดับดี โดยการวัดและการประเมินผลสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ของรายวิชาที่สอนมีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด ด้านผลผลิต ได้แก่ (1) ความสามารถในการทำงานของบัณฑิต พบว่า บัณฑิตและผู้ใช้บัณฑิตมีความพึงพอใจในการทำงานโดยรวมของบัณฑิตอยู่ในระดับดี โดยความสามารถด้านความรับผิดชอบในการทำงาน ความซื่อสัตย์ในการทำงาน การรู้จักกาละเทศะ การปฏิบัติตนเป็นพลเมืองดีของสังคม และยอมรับความคิดเห็นของผู้อื่น มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (2) ความสามารถในการทำงานตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติของบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย พบว่า คุณภาพการทำงานของบัณฑิตโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี และมีทักษะการทำงานตามหลักวิชาชีพโดยรวมให้ความเห็นอยู่ในระดับดี ทั้งนี้ นักศึกษา บัณฑิต และผู้บังคับบัญชา มีข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อปรับปรุงหลักสูตร ที่ตรงกันมากที่สุด ได้แก่ เพิ่มเนื้อหาด้านภาษาอังกฤษ การใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ เพิ่ม/เน้น ความรู้ด้านกฎหมายเพิ่มหลักสูตรการสอนระบบมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยต่างๆ เพิ่มหลักสูตรการสอน จป. วิชาชีพเฉพาะทาง เช่น ด้านการโต้ตอบเหตุฉุกเฉิน ฯลฯ และเน้นภาคปฏิบัติทางด้านวิชาชีพให้มากขึ้น

The objectives of this research were to evaluated the 2012 revised B.S. program in occupational and safety of Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. The CIPP model was employed to assess in aspects of context, input, process and product. A self-adminsitered questionnaire was developed by the researchers. The data were collected from sample of 195 consisting 8 instructors, 121 students, 52 occupational health and safety and 14 supervisors, Descriptive statistics such as means and standard deviation were used for data analysis. Research findings are as follows: The evaluation of context indicators that the curriculum objectives were clearly state, correspondent to social needs, to develop of student's intellect, skills and attitude. They were practical for occupational health and safety career and all considered as having high level of propriety. It was noted that the degree of correspondences to the uniqueness of the nursing profession have the highest level of propriety. As far as the curriculum structure and content are concerned, it was found that total number of credits, credits for subfields and the contents were corresponding to the objectived. The contents were interesting, up-to-date, having hierarchical degree of advancement, suitable for training in academic and practical skills, non-inter-course overlapping the contents were practical for occupational health and safety encouraging good attitude toward the profession and enhancing the students' morality and ethics item that. All were considered as having level of propriety. The evaluation of input found that (1) Instructors. This factor was found the average scores of the inputs for instructors were at a goog level by being punctual and responsible for the role the teacher and provide opportunities for questionning and exchanging opinions with the highest average score in the top three. (2) Students: The average score of the student inputs was at a good level where students are honest discipline and punctually and good health. The top three have the highest average score. (3) Contributing factor: Most of this factors to teaching and learning were sufficient, good quality, and modern. And the convenience of using the service is appropriate at a good level by computer for teaching, cafeteria, dormitory, hospital room, resting place gym student registration system and the number of exercise venues is appropriate at a good level. The evaluation of process found that (1) The administration and course services: This factor was found that term of instructors has average overall scores for administration and course services were good by having a system of advisors to give advice and the arranging of teachers to teach each subject to suit their qualifications and experience with the highest average. Term of students has average score of the student inputs was at a good level, where students are honest displine and punctuality and good health with the highest average score in the top three. (2) Teaching management: This factor was found that term of instructors has average score for teaching and learning was at a good level with cloase supervision and counseling during the practice, creating an appropriate teaching atmosphere. There was instilling in students love and pride in the occupational health profession and the most average. Term of students has average overall scores for administration and course services were good by planning teaching by setting goals teaching activities and clearly assessed allow appropriate questions or messages to be asked and assign that are appropriate to the content and time of teaching. The most average. (3) The evaluation of measurement and evaluation of teaching and learning found that term of instructors has overall score average was very good. The exams are reviewed and checked for quality before being used. And the exam is clear and covers the content taught. The most average. Term of students has overall score average was good. The measurements and assessments were consistent with the objectives of the courses being taught with the highest averages. The evaluation of output found that (1) Graduate working ability: This factor found that the graduates and graduate users had a good level of overall satisfaction in their work by the ability to take responsibility for work honesty in work knowing the season conducting oneself as a goof citizen of society and accept the opinions of others have the highest average score. (2) The ability to work in accordance with the National Higher Education Qualifications Framework for Occupational Health and Safety Graduates: This factor found that graduates and supervisor of graduates had a good level of satisfactin in their work by the ability to take responsibility for work honesty in work knowing the season conducting oneself as a good citizen of society and accept the opinions of others have the highest average score. The students, graduates, and supervisors there are suggestions to improve the curriculum. The most relevant is Ass English content, computer use increase/focus on legal knowledge, add courses to teach various safety standards add teaching courses specialized professions such as emergency response, etc., and more emphasis on profession practice.
