การประเมินหลักสูตรการแพทย์แผนจีนบัณฑิต ฉบับปรับปรุง พุทธศักราช 2555 คณะการแพทย์แผนจีน มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรการแพทย์แผนจีนบัณฑิต (ฉบับปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2555) โดยมีเนื้อหาครอบคลุม 4 ประเด็นหลัก คือ 1) ด้านบริบทของหลักสูตร ได้แก่ วัตถุประสงค์ โครงสร้าง และเนื้อหาสาระของหลักสูตร 2) ด้านปัจจัยป้อนเข้า ได้แก่ อาจารย์ นักศึกษา และปัจจัยที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนการสอน 3) ด้านกระบวนการผลิต ได้แก่ การบริหารและการบริการหลักสูตร การจัดเการเรียนการสอน การวัดและประเมินผลการสอน และ 4) ด้านคุณภาพของผลผลิต ซึ่งกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย นักศึกษา อาจารย์ที่ ร่วมสอนในหลักสูตรการแพทย์แผนจีนบัณฑิตและผู้ใช้บัณฑิต ผลการประเมินหลักสูตรด้านบริบท พบว่า ภาษาที่ใช้ในการแสดงวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรมีความชัดเจน มีความสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสังคม มีความเหมาะสมในการใช้ อธิบายหรือแสดงถึงการพัฒนาผู้เรีรยนด้านสติปัญญา ทักษะ เจตคติ และความสามารถในการนำไปปฏิบัติ ในส่วนของโครสร้างและเนื้อหาสาระของหลักสูตร พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากที่สุด โดยเฉพาะในกลุ่มวิชาชีพ ผลการประเมินหลักสูตตรด้านปัจจัยป้อนเข้า พบว่า จุดเด่นของคุณลักษณะของอาจารย์และนักศึกษา คือ มีความสนใจในการศึกษาหาความรู้ใหม่ๆ และทันต่อเหตุการณ์และการมีความซื่อสัตย์ มีความสัมพันธภาพที่ดีระหว่างอาจารย์และนักศึกษา ตามลำดับ ส่วนในด้านปัจจัยที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนการสอน พบว่ามีความเพียงพอและคุณภาพในระดับปานกลาง มีความทันสมัยและความสะดกวในการใช้งานในระดับปานกลาง ผลการประเมินหลักสูตรด้านกระบวกนการผลิต พบว่า การบริหารและบริการหลักสูตร การจัดการเรียนการสอนและการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียน มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการประเมินคุณภาพของผลผลิต (บัณฑิต) จากการที่ บัณฑิตประเมินตนเองและจากการประเมินโดยผู้ใช้บัณฑิต ทำให้ทราบว่า บัณฑิตมีความสามารถในการทำงานโดยทั่วไปอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม เป็นด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยการประเมินจากผู้ใช้บัณฑิตสูงที่สุด แต่ควรปรับปรุงในเรื่องการวางแผนการทำงานให้เป็นระบบ และการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ สำหรับความสามารถในการทำงานตามหลักวิชาชีพพบว่า บัณฑิตมีความคิดเห็นว่าตนเองมีความสามารถในการทำงานตามหลักวิชาชีพในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยนำความรู้จากวิชาการฝึกงานทางคลินิก เป็นด้านที่บัณฑิตนำไปใช้ในการทำงานมากที่สุด ในขณะที่กลุ่มวิชาพื้นฐานวิชาชีพ เป็นด้านที่บัณฑิตนำไปใช้น้อยที่สุด สำหรับความเห็นของผู้ใช้บัณฑิต พบว่ ทักษะการตรวจวินิจฉัยด้วยศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนจีนและทักษะในการแนะนำและให้คำปรึกษาแก่ผู้ป่วยเป็นด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยที่สูงที่สุด และทักษะการใช้ยาจีนมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด

The objective of this study was to evaluate the Bachelor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (improved copy in academic year 2012), Curriculum were covered on 4 items; these were 1) curriculum principle which consisted of curriculum objectives, curriculum structure and curriculum details 2) curriculum input which consisted of curriculum administration and services, teaching programs, teaching assessment and evaluation and 4) quality of curriculum output. The target samples of this study were consisted of students, lecturers related in Traditional Chinese Medicine program, graduated students, employment users and specialist from serveral sections. The results of curriculum principle evaluation showed that the curriculum objectives were clear in language use and related to social demand. In the curriculu, structure and curriculum details, it was found that the suitability in high level was recorded especially on the professiobal major subjects. The results of curriculum input evaluation showed that the prominence of lecturer and student characteristics were interesting in studying new knowledge, honesty and good relationship between lecturer and student, respectively. The results of supporting teaching facilities evaluation showed the sufficient and quality in the moderate levle; the modern and convenience were in the moderate level. The results of curriculum process evaluation showed that the curriculum administration and management were in the high level. In addition, the curriculum output (graduated students) evaluated by self assessment and employment users' assessment reviewed that the overview of working ability of graduate students were in the very high level. The ethics item showed the highest average assessment value from the employment users. Whereas, the systematic working planning ability, the leadership and English using skill should be improved. For the professional working ability of graduated students evaluated by self assessment, it was in the high level. Clinical work practices were the highest items used by the graduated students, while the basic science courses were the least items. The opinion of employment users showed that the diagnosis of Chinese medicine skills and patient advice and counseling skills were the items showed highest values and using of Chinese herbs were the lowest average values, respectively.
