การศึกษาปัญหาการกล่าวสุนทรพจน์ภาษาไทยของนักศึกษาจีน มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัญหาการกล่าวสุนทรพจน์ภาษาไทยของนักศึกษาจีน หลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต (ศศ.บ.) สาขาวิชาการสื่อสารภาษาไทยเป็นภาษาที่สอง มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ และ 2) หาแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาการกล่าวสุนทรพจน์ภาษาไทยของนักศึกษาจีน หลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต (ศศ.บ.) สาขาวิชาการสื่อสารภาษาไทยเป็นภาษาที่สอง มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสมวิธี โดยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง ได้แก่ 1) นักศึกษาจีนที่ลงทะเบียนรายวิชา TC3023 การกล่าวสุนทรพจน์ จำนวน 58 คน เพื่อเก็บข้อมูลปัญหาการกล่าวสุนทรพจน์ภาษาไทยและข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหา และ 2) อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาภาษาและวัฒนธรรมไทย จำนวน 7 คน เพื่อเก็บข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาและพัฒนาทักษะการกล่าวสุนทรพจน์ภาษาไทย โดยใช้ค่าสถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ความถี่ และค่าร้อยละ นำมาแปลผลข้อมูล ผลการประเมินวัดระดับความสามารถในการกล่าวสุนทรพจน์ภาษาไทยของนักศึกษาจีนทั้ง 4 ด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ระหว่าง 3.04-3.83 อยู่ในเกณฑ์ปานกลาง-ดี ซึ่งสามารถเรียงลำดับปัญหาที่พบจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ปัญหาด้านเนื้อหา ปัญหาด้านบุคลิกภาพ ปัญหาด้านการใช้ภาษา และปัญหาด้านการนำเสนอ ตามลำดับ ทั้งนี้อาจารย์และนักศึกษาจีนมีความเห็นสอดคล้องกันว่าสาเหตุของปัญหาเกิดมาจากการขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจ ขาดความสามารถทางภาษา ไม่ตรวจทานแก้ไข ขาดการเตรียมความพร้อม ความวิตกกังวล และขาดประสบการณ์ โดยเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขว่าควรสร้างพื้นฐานภาษาไทยให้แข็งแรง ทั้งการเรียนรู้หลักการใช้ภาษาและวิธีใช้อวัจนภาษาที่ถูกต้องเหมาะสม ฝึกฝนจนชำนาญ และทบทวนแก้ไขทุกครั้งก่อนนำเสนอ ทั้งนี้ อาจารย์มีข้อเสนอแนะว่าหลักสูตรและมหาวิทยาลัยควรสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมการส่งนักศึกษาเข้าร่วมแข่งขันทั้งภายในและภายนอกสถาบัน เพื่อเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการเรียนรู้ให้แก่นักศึกษาชาวต่างชาติ

This research aims to study the problems in Thai Speech of Chinese Students; Bechelor of Arts Program (B.A.) in Communicative Thai as a Second Language program of Huachiew Chalermprakiet University, and study solutions to the problems in Thai Speech of Chinese Students; Bachelor of Arts Program (B.A.) in Communicative Thai as a Second Language program of Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. This research was a mixed method study. The sample selected with purposive sampling consisted of 58 Chinese students who registered for TC 3023 Thai Speech in order to collect information about the problem in Thai Speech as well as the suggested soultions. Seven teachers in Thai language and cultures also provide information about the solution and how to improve the skills of Thai speech. The statistics used were the mean, standard deviation, frequency value and percentage. The results of the assessment of the ability of Thai Speech of Chinese students in 4 aspects were average between 3.04-3.83, at the moderate-high level. Ranking of the problem from the highest to the lowest level include content problems, personality problems, language problemsm and presentation problems. Teachers and students have a consistent consensus that the cause of the problem is lack of knowledge, lack of language ability, un-reviewed, lack of preparation, anxiety and lack of experience. The proposed solution is to create a good Thai language base and how to use nonverbal language, practice, review and improve before presentation. It is recommended that the curriculum and universities should support students to participate in both internal and external competitions to enhance the experience and increase the efficiency of learning for foreign students.
