Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาติดตามบัณฑิตหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติที่สำเร็จการศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2539-2542 เพื่อทราบความคิดเห็นของบัณฑิตเกี่ยวกับความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานด้วยความรู้เชิงทฤษฎี และการปฏิบัติตามหลักวิชาชีพการพยาบาล และคุณลักษณะของบัณฑิต เปรียบเทียบกับความคิดเห็นของผู้บังคับบัญชา โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากบัณฑิตและผู้บังคับบัญชาของบัณฑิตในเดือนกรกฎาคมถึงเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2544 ได้รับข้อมูลตอบกลับจากบัณฑิตจำนวน 51 คน และผู้บังคับบัญชา 50 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และที-เทส ซึ่งพบว่า 1. บัณฑิตมีงานทำทันทีที่สำเร็จการศึกษา ร้อยละ 75.00 เงินเดือนที่ได้รับเมื่อบรรจุครั้งแรกเฉลี่ย 9,290 บาทต่อเดือน ปัจจุบันมีงานทำร้อยละ 94.1 ได้รับเงินเดือนเฉลี่ย 12,637 บาทต่อเดือน ศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาอื่น 1 คน และระดับปริญญาโทร 1 คน บัณฑิตมีความพึงพอใจในงานคิดเป็นร้อยละ 96.1 2. ความคิดเห็นของบัณฑิตต่อความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยรายข้อและโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี ยกเว้นการวางแผนการพยาบาลอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ส่วนผู้บังคับบัญชามีความคิดเห็นต่อความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิตรายข้อและโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ยกเว้นการสังเกตอาการเปลี่ยนแปลง และการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลโดยคำนึงถึงสิทธิและศักดิ์ศรีของผู้ป่วยอยู่ในระดับดี เมื่อเปรียบเทียบพบว่า บัณฑิตประเมินตนเองมีความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานสูงกว่าผู้บังคับบัญชาประเมินอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P<.01) ยกเว้นการปฏิบัติงานโดยคำนึงถึงสิทธิและศักดิ์ศรีของผู้ป่วยประเมินไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ความคิดเห็นของบัณฑิตต่อคุณลักษณะของบัณฑิต มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยรายข้อ และโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี ยกเว้นความซื่อสัตย์ การปฏิบัติตนเป็นพลเมืองดีอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ความรู้ทางทฤษฎีและทักษะในการปฏิบัติงาน ความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ ภาษาอังกฤษ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาจีน อยู่ในระดับต่ำ ส่วนผู้บังคับบัญชามีความคิดเห็นต่อคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับเดียวกับบัณฑิต ยกเว้นด้านความซื่อสัตย์ การปฏิบัติตนเป็นพลเมืองดีประเมินอยู่ในระดับดี ความสามารถในการเป็นผู้นำที่ดี อุทิศตนในการทำงาน ภาพรวมคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตและคุณลักษณะของบัณฑิตโดยรวมประเมินอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อเปรียบเทียบพบว่า บัณฑิตประเมินตนเองสูงกว่าผู้บังคับบัญชาประเมิน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P<.01) ยกเว้นความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ ภาษาอังกฤษ ภาษาจีน ความสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น ความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ ประเมินไม่แตกต่างกัน

This descriptive research is a follow-up study of job performances and attributes of the graduates of Bachelor of Science, Faculty of Nursing at Huachiew Chalermprakiet University in 1996-1999 academic year. The objectives of the study were to investigate and to compare the graduates' job performance and attributes evaluated by the graduates themselves and their supervisors. The questionnaires were developed by the researchers. The data were collected from July to November, 2001 and obtained from 51 nursing graduates and 50 supervisors. Data analysis was done by using descriptive statistics and t-test. The results of the study were summarized as follow: 1. 75% of the graduates got a job immeduately after graduation. The average amount of their first start salary was 9,290 bahts. Currently 94.1% of the graduated were in workforce with average monthly income of 12,637 bahts, one graduate was studying for a master's degree and the other one wa studying for a second bachelor degree. In addition 96.1% were saisfied with their jobs. 2. The job performances and the overall performance evaluated by the graduates were at good levels, except the performance on planning of nursing care was evaluated as very good. Whereas those appraised by the supervisors were mostly at moderate levels. Only two performances, which were the observation of patients' signs and symptoms, and practicing with concerning the patients' right and dignity, were appraised as good. In comparison, the job performances' scores evaluated by the graduates were significantly higher than those evaluated by the supervisors (p<.01) except the performance of practicing with concerning the patients' right and dignity. 3. The graduates appraised most of their attributes as good and very good on the attributes of honesty and being good citiizen. While the theoretical knowledge, there are practical skills, the ability in using computer and English were evaluated at moderate level and the ability in Chinese was at low level. The supervisors evaluated most of the graduates at the same level as the graduated did. The differences were found in the attributes of honesty and being good citizen, which were appraised as good ; as well as the attributes of leadership, devoting self for work and overall attribute which were evaluated as moderate. The mean scores of most of the attributes evaluated by the graduates were significantly higher than those of supervisors (p<.01) except the ability in using computer, English, Chinese, working with others and creative thinking.
