Abstract

มูลเหตุการกระทำความผิดของแฟรงค์ วิลเลี่ยม อบาเนล ในมุมมองเชิงอาชญาวิทยามีสาเหตุมาจากทฤษฎีความไร้ระเบียบของสังคม ซึ่งแฟรงค์ถูกจัดอยู่ในกลุ่มที่มีชื่อว่า Innovation ดังจะเห็นได้จากการนิยมการใช้ชีวิตตามแนวทางของผู้มีฐาน:ในขณะที่วิธีการในการไปให้ถึงเป้าหมายกลับไม่เดินตามแนวทางที่สังคมกำหนดไว้คือการขยันทำงาน ตั้งใจศึกษาเล่าเรียน รู้จักอดออม ฯลฯ นอกจากนี้ปัจจัยด้านแรงกระตุ้นทั้งจากภายนอกและภายในล้วนเป็นอีกสาเหตุของการกระทำความผิดของแฟรงค์ได้เช่นเดียวกัน โดยเฉพาะปัจจัยด้านแรงกระตุ้นจากภายนอกไม่ว่าจะเป็น สภาวะความกดดันจากสภาพครอบครัว สภาวะความเครียด อันมีที่มาจากความคาดหวังของบุคคลที่ไม่เป็นไปตามที่หวัง หรือแม้กระทั่งการชั่งน้ำหนักถึงระหว่างผลได้และผลเสียที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นจากการประกอบอาชญากรรมตามทฤษฎีทางเลือกที่เหมาะสม ล้วนเป็นปัจจัยที่อาจนำมาสู่การกระทำความผิดของแฟรงค์ได้ทั้งสิ้น
