การใช้เทคโนโลยีเว็บ 2.0 เพื่อสนับสนุนกระบวนการถ่ายทอดความรู้ให้คนรุ่นใหม่: กรณีการถ่ายทอดความรู้ท้องถิ่นในชนบท

Abstract

ความรู้ท้องถิ่น ส่วนมากจะอยู่ในรูปแบบของประสบการณ์ในคน และเป็นภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นที่มีลักษณะเฉพาะ ที่ต้องการวิธีการถ่ายทอดที่ต่างจากการถ่ายทอดความรู้ในองค์กรขนาดใหญ่ หรือการถ่ายทอดข้ามองค์กร การถ่ายทอดความรู้ท้องถิ่นประกอบด้วย 4 กระบวนการ คือการถ่ายทอดความรู้ การได้มาซึ่งความรู้ การเรียนรู้ทำความเข้าใจ และการพิจารณาคัดเลือกความรู้ แต่วิธีการในแต่ละกระบวนการมีวิธีการที่แตกต่าง และมีความสอดคล้องกับสภาพแวดล้อม และสังคมของท้องถิ่น และการถ่ายทอดความรู้ท้องถิ่น หรือภูมิปัญญาเน้นการถ่ายทอดความรู้จากรุ่นสู่รุ่น แต่ปัจจุบันคนรุ่นใหม่เริ่มมีวิถีชีวิตที่ห่างชุมชน และคนรุ่นเก่า ทำให้การถ่ายทอดความรู้ท้องถิ่นต้องพิจารณาเสริมกิจกรรมให้ถึงคนรุ่นใหม่ เทคโนโลยีและบริการเว็บ 2.0 เป็นเทคโนโลยีที่สามารถเข้ามาสนับสนุนกระบวนการต่าง ๆ ของการถ่ายทอดความรู้ท้องถิ่นได้ และคนรุ่นใหม่ก็มีความคุ้นเคยกับเทคโนโลยีนี้ในปัจจุบัน

Indigenous knowledge can be seen in the form of experience and local wisdom. It has specific characteristics and transferring methods which would be different from knowledge transfer of large organisations or inter-organisation knowledge transfer. Indigenous knowledge transfer comprises four processes: knowledge transmission, knowledge acquisition, knowledge interpretation and knowledge screening. Each process has particular activities which are different and appropriate with community environment, and focused on knowledge transfer from generation to generation. Currently, new generation has life styles which are not related to local life styles. As a result, indigenous knowledge transfer to a young generation has to be considered appropriate activities and tools for them. Web 2.0 technology is one of appropriate technology for indigenous knowledge transfer. It would support all knowledge transfer processes and a young generation is familiar with the technology and services.
