การประเมินหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย ฉบับปรับปรุง พุทธศักราช 2545 มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตร สาขาวิชาอนามัยและความปลอดภัย ฉบับปรับปรุง พุทธศักราช 2545 มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ โดยใช้แบบจำลองซิบ (CIPP Model) ประเมินในด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยป้อนเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านผลผลิต เครื่องมือในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 343 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 72.01 จำแนกเป็นนักศึกษาทุกชั้นปี จำนวน 175 คน อาจารย์ผู้สอน จำนวน 8 คน บัณฑิตจำนวน 30 คน และผู้บังคับบัญชาของบัณฑิต จำนวน 29 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติความถี่ ร้อยละค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการวิจัยการประเมินด้านบริบทพบว่า วัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรมีความชัดเจนของภาษาที่ใช้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสังคม พัฒนาผู้เรียนด้านสติปัญญา ทักษะ และเจตคติ สามารถนำไปใช้ปฏิบัติได้จริง มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี โครงสร้างของหลักสูตร ด้านจำนวนหน่วยกิตรวม ตลอดหลักสูตร จำนวนหน่วยกิต แต่ละกลุ่มวิชา และเนื้อหาสาระของหลักสูตรทุกกลุ่มวิชา และเนื้อหาสาระของหลักสูตรทุกกลุ่มวิชา มีความสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร เนื้อหาน่าสนใจและทันสมัย มีลำดับขั้นตอนเนื้อหาจากง่ายไปยาก เนื้อหาเป็นประโยชน์สอนให้คิดเป็นทำเป็น เนื้อหาไม่ซ้ำซ้อนกับวิชาอื่นๆ เนื้อหาสามารถนำไปประกอบวิชาชีพ เนื้อหาส่งเสริมให้มีเจตคติที่ดีต่อวิชาชีพ และเนื้อหาส่งเสริมให้มีคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมมีความเหมาะสม อยู่ในระดับดีปัจจัยป้อนเข้า ด้านอาจารย์ส่วนใหญ่มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี ยกเว้นจำนวนอาจารย์เพียงพอกับการสอนภาคปฏิบัติ มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านนักศึกษา ส่วนใหญ่มีความเหมาะสมในระดับดี ยกเว้น ความรู้พื้นฐานจากชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายของนักศึกษามีความเหมาะสมในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนปัจจัยที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนการสอนประเมินทั้ง 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านความเพียงพอ คุณภาพความทันสมัย และความสะดวกในการใช้บริการ ส่วนใหญ่มีความเหมาะสมในระดับปานกลาง ยกเว้นห้องเรียนภาคทฤษฎี สถานที่ฝึกงาน การจัดกิจกรรมศึกษาดูงาน ที่มีความเหมาะสมในระดับดี ทั้งในด้านคุณภาพ ความทันสมัย และความสะดวกในการใช้บริการกระบวนการผลิต ด้านการบริหารและการบริการหลักสูตร ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการวัดและการประเมินผล มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดีผลผลิต ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาหลักสูตรอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ มีความรู้ความสามารถในการทำงาน และความสามารถในการทำงานตามหลักวิชาชีพ ส่วนใหญ่มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดีทุกด้าน ยกเว้นความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษ และการจัดทำงบประมาณประจำปีของหน่วยงาน มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

The objectives of this research were to evaluate the 2002 revised B.S. program in occupational and safety of Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. The CIPP model was employed to assess in aspects of context, input, process and product. A self-administered questionnaire was developed by the researchers. The data were collected from 247 samples out of 343 (72.01%), consisting 175 students, 8 instructors, 30 graduates majoring in occupational health and safety, 29 supervisors and 5 specialists. Descriptive statisics such as means and standard deviation were used for data analysis.Research findings are as follows:The evaluation of context indicated that the curriculum objectives were clearly stated, correspondent to social needs and to develop student's intellect, skills and attitudes. They were practical for occupational health and safety career and all considered as having high level of property. As far as the curriculum structure and content are relevant, it was found that total number of credits, credits for subfields and the contents were corresponding to the objectives. The contents were interesting, up-to-date, having systematic degree of contents, suitable for training in academic and practical skills, non-inter-course overlapping the contents were practical for occupational health and safety encouraging positive attitude toward the profession and enhancing the students' morality and ethics. All parameters studied were considered as having high level of propriety.The evaluation of input based on instructors was found that there were a high level of propriety ; except the sufficiency of the number of instructors responsible for practical instruction were moderate. According to students, most student were rated in a high level of propriety ; except their high school basic knowledge which was rated as having a moderate level of propriety. In addition, all 4 complimentary factors namely, sufficiency, quality, modernization, convenience of service using were rated moderated of propriety ; except classroom, practical workplace, fieldtrip activities that were rated as having a high level in terms of quality, modernization, convenience of service using.In an aspect of process, it was found that the curriculum administration and management as well as teaching -- learning management and educational measurement and evaluation were at a high level of propriety.In terms of product evaluation, the occupation health and safety graduates were rated at high level both in general characters and academic and practical knowledge of the profession ; except English efficiency and annual budget planning of organization that were rated moderately of propriety
