การประเมินหลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการโรงพยาบาล ฉบับปรับปรุง พุทธศักราช 2551 คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรสาขาวิชาการจัดการโรงพยาบาล ฉบับปรับปรุง พุทธศักราช 2551 มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ โดยใช้แบบจำลองซิบ (CIPP Model) ประเมินในด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านผลผลิต เครื่องมือในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น เก็บข้อมูลจาก นักศึกษา อาจารย์ผู้สอน บัณฑิต ผู้บังคับบัญชาของบัณฑิต และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 354 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมาเลขคณิต และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการวิจัยการประเมินด้านบริบทพบว่า วัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรมีความชัดเจนของภาษาที่ใช้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสังคม พัฒนาผู้เรียนด้านสติปัญญา ทักษะ และเจตคติ มีความสอดคล้องกับเอกลักษณ์ในวิชาชีพ และสามารถนำไปใช้ปฏิบัติได้จริงมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี โครงสร้างของหลักสูตรด้านจำนวนหน่วยกิตรวมตลอดหลักสูตรจำนวนหน่วยกิตแต่ละกลุ่มวิชา และสาระของหลักสูตรทุกกลุ่มวิชา มีความสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร น่าสนใจและทันสมัย เป็นประโยชน์ไม่ซ้ำซ้อนกับวิชาอื่นๆ สามารถนำไปประกอบวิชาชีพ ส่งเสริมให้มีเจตคติที่ดีต่อวิชาชีพ และส่งเสริมให้มีคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดีปัจจัยนำเข้าด้านอาจารย์และนักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี ส่วนปัจจัยที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนการสอนส่วนใหญ่ มีคุณภาพดี มีความทันสมัย และมีความสะดวกในการใช้บริการมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี ส่วนจำนวนมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางโดย โรงอาหาร หอพัก ห้องพยาบาล มีความเหมาะสมทั้งด้านจำนวน คุณภาพ ความทันสมัย ความสะดวกในการใช้บริการอยู่ในระดับปานกลางกระบวนการผลิตด้านการบริหารและการบริการหลักสูตร ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน เทคนิควิธีการสอนของอาจารย์ และการวัดและการประเมินผลมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดีผลผลิต ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาหลักสูตรสาขาวิชาการจัดการโรงพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ มีความสามารถในการทำงาน และความสามารถในการทำงานตามหลักวิชาชีพอยู่ในระดับดี

The objectives of this research were to evaluation the 2008-revised curriculum in Hospital Management of Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. The CIPP model was employed to assess its context, input, process and product. Self-administered questionnaire were developed by the researcher. Data were collected from sample of 354 subjects consisting of senior students, instructors, graduates, supervisors and specialists. Descriptive statistic, mean and standard deviation were applied for data analysis.Research findings are as follows:Results showed that the of context was corresponded to social needs, student's intellectual development, skills and attitides. It was practical and highly appropriated. As far as the curriculum structure and content concerned, it was found that the total number of credits, credits for subfields and content were corresonding to the objectives. Contents were interesting, up-to-date and had hierarchical degree of advancement. It was suitable for academic and practical skill training. The intercourse overlapping was not found. Contents were practical encouraging good attitude toward the profession. If also enhances the students' morality and ethics. All parameters studied were considered as having high level of propriety.Regarding the inputs, instructors and students, it was highly appropriated. The instructional aids were also high in terms of quality and convenience. Moreover, cafeteria, dormitory recreation center, first aids room were rated moderate propriety.In the aspect of process, it was found that the curriculum administration and management as well as educational measurement and evaluation.In term of product evaluation, the hospital management graduates were rated at high level both in general characters and academic and practice knowledge of the profession.
