การเสริมสร้างความอบอุ่นของครอบครัวลักษณะเฉพาะในพื้นที่เป้าหมายครอบครัวอบอุ่น

Abstract

บทความวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอ 1. สถานการณ์ ปัญหาและความต้องการ การสนับสนุนทางสังคมของครอบครัวลักษณะเฉพาะในพื้นที่เป้าหมายครอบครัวอบอุ่น 2. มิติความเป็นครอบครัวอบอุ่นของครอบครัวลักษณะเฉพาะในพื้นที่เป้าหมายครอบครัวอบอุ่น 3. แนวทางการเสริมสร้างความอบอุ่นสำหรับครอบครัวลักษณะเฉพาะโดยครอบครัวและชุมชนเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ พื้นที่ศึกษา แบ่งเป็น 4 ภาคๆละ 1 จังหวัดได้แก่ ภาคใต้ คือ จังหวัดพัทลุง ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ คือ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ ภาคเหนือ คือ จังหวัดน่าน และภาคกลาง คือ จังหวัดสระบุรีการเก็บข้อมูลโดยการสนทนากลุ่มกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างครอบครัวลักษณะเฉพาะและบุคคลที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในครอบครัว ทั้ง 4 กลุ่มๆละ 5 ครอบครัว/ 1 จังหวัดได้แก่ กลุ่มครอบครัวคนพิการ จำนวน20 ครอบครัว กลุ่มครอบครัวเลี้ยงเดี่ยว จำนวน20 ครอบครัว กลุ่มครอบครัวแม่วัยรุ่น จำนวน20 ครอบครัว และกลุ่มครอบครัวต่างวัย จำนวน 20 ครอบครัว รวมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 80 ครอบครัวการเยี่ยมบ้านและสัมภาษณ์ครอบครัวลักษณะเฉพาะทั้ง 4 กลุ่มๆละ 1 ครอบครัว/1จังหวัดได้แก่ กลุ่มครอบครัวคนพิการ จำนวน 4 ครอบครัว กลุ่มครอบครัวเลี้ยงเดี่ยว จำนวน 4 ครอบครัว กลุ่มครอบครัวแม่วัยรุ่น จำนวน 4 ครอบครัว และกลุ่มครอบครัวต่างวัย จำนวน 4 ครอบครัว โดยพิจารณาคัดเลือกจากครอบครัวลักษณะเฉพาะที่เข้าร่วมสนทนากลุ่มในพื้นที่ศึกษา จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 17 ครอบครัว (จังหวัดน่าน เกินมา 1 ครอบครัว) เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บข้อมูล คือแบบสำรวจแบบมีโครงสร้าง มีลักษณะข้อคำถามแบบปลายปิดและปลายเปิดประกอบด้วยแนวคำถามเกี่ยวกับ (1) สถานการณ์ ปัญหา ความต้องการ และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม จำนวน 4 ข้อ (2)ความเป็นครอบครัวอบอุ่นของครอบครัวลักษณะเฉพาะครอบคลุมด้านการทำบทบาทหน้าที่

This article aims, firstly, to present the situation, problems, demands and social support of the warmth specific family. Secondly, to show the warmness of the specific family. Thirdly, to present the guideline to strengthen warmness of specific family. The study areas of this qualitative research are four provinces which are Phatthalung, Surin, Nan, and Saraburi. The data was collected through the focus group, home visit as well as interview from four family groups that are family with disability, family with single mother, family with teenage mother and family with elderly raising the children and concern persons. Altogether 80 families were included in this study. The focus group, home visit as well as interview are conducted. Data were analyzed by using content analysis.

The study result are: (1) At present, the specific families having been changed from the past to adjust to meet the current economic and social condition and in order to survive. This leads to have a various types of the specific families. Family’s life style, role and function, inter relationship, self–reliant had been changed from the past which affected to the warmness for specific family. The result of family warmness’s assessment mostly indicates the rating at the moderate level to high level. (2) Economic problem (problems concerning occupation ,low income and debts) and health conditions are the two main obstacles in all four specific family groups. While the empowerment is considered as their essential need. (3) The strengthening of the Warmness for Specific Family in community, the specific families, as a part of community, should not considered separately from other families. The importance of relationship among family members, family member roles, and self-reliance ability of the family should be considered. To develop the model of strengthening the warmness for all groups of specific family in the community. The family development worker’s role must be emphasized. Encouraging the specific families to become self-help groups, or friends- help- friends network. To enhance well understanding, accepting, non-lebelling and empowering those specific family groups as well as all community members.
