การประเมินหลักสูตรการจัดการบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริการทางการแพทย์ (หลักสูตรใหม่ พุทธศักราช 2562) คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรการจัดการบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริการทางการแพทย์ (หลักสูตรใหม่ พุทธศักราช 2562) คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียต่อหลักสูตร ได้แก่ บัณฑิต ผู้ใช้บัณฑิต/ผู้บังคับบัญชาของบัณฑิต นักศึกษาปัจจุบัน อาจารย์ผู้รับผิดชอบหลักสูตร รวมทั้งหมด 68 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในปีการศึกษา 2566 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้จำนวนร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1. การประเมินความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิตและคุณลักษณะของตนเองตามทักษะ 6 ด้าน ประกอบด้วยด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ความรู้ ทักษะทางปัญญา ทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล ทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสาร และการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และทักษะการปฏิบัติทางวิชาชีพ โดยบัณฑิตที่จบในปีการศึกษา 2566 บัณฑิตประเมินความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานและคุณลักษณะของตนเองตามทักษะ 6 ด้าน ในภาพรวมมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.09 อยู่ในระดับดี ส่วนผู้ใช้บัณฑิต/ผู้บังคับบัญชาของบัณฑิตประเมินตามทักษะ 6 ด้าน พบว่ามีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.96 อยู่ในระดับดี 2. การประเมินหลักสูตรโดยใช้ CIPP Model ประกอบด้วย ด้านบริบท ปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการ และผลผลิตของหลักสูตร ภาพรวมมีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.25 อยู่ในระดับดี ข้อเสนอแนะของหลักสูตรจากผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย ส่วนใหญ่พบว่าหลักสูตรควรมีการปรับปรุงเพิ่มเติมรายวิชาที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับสุขภาพ และควรมีการเพิ่มการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้นักศึกษาปัจจุบันมีความเข้าใจในหลักสูตรเพิ่มขึ้น

This descriptive research aims to comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of the Bachelor of Public Health Program in Management in Medical Services Curriculum (New in 2019), Public and Environment Health Faulty, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. The secondary objectives of the study are to assess job performance of graduates, curriculum, and opinions of stakeholders. The research sample consists of key stakeholder associated with the program, including graduates, employers of graduates, current students and curriculum instructors. In total, 68 samples were involves in academic year 2023. To achieve these objectives, a mixed-method approach was adopted, utilizing both questionnaires as research instruments. The collected data were analyzed using statistical measures such as percentages, means, and standard deviations. The results showed that 1. the job performance and qualifications of graduates were evaluated across six essential skill areas: ethical and moral, knowledge, cognitive skills, interpersonal relationship and responsibilities skills, numerical analysis and information technology skills, and professional practice skills. Overall, the graduates who completed their studies in the academic year 2019 demonstrated a good level of competence, with an average score of 4.09 across all skills. Furthermore, the job performance and qualification of graduates as evaluated by employers were a good level of competence, with an average score of 3.96. 2. The curriculum was evaluated using CIPP model which encompassed context, input factors, process, and product. The comprehensive analysis revealed a good level of competence average score of 4.25 across all dimensions. 3. Curriculum recommendations from most stakeholders found that the curriculum should include additional courses related to health. And there should be increased public relations for current students to have a better understanding of the curriculum.
