Abstract

การใช้กลวิธีการเล่าเรื่อง อาจเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการสื่อสารประจำวัน ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นต่อผู้เล่าเรื่องและผู้รับฟังเรื่องในโลกจริง ในการเล่าเรื่อง ผู้เล่าเรื่องสามารถสร้างโอกาสให้ผู้ฟังได้มีความเชื่อมโยงทางความรู้สึกนึกคิดต่อเรื่องที่ได้ฟัง โดยการให้ข้อมูลตามสภาพความเป็นจริง ความถูกต้องแม่นย า แหล่งข้อมูลที่ชัดเจน หรือข้อมูลที่เป็นปัจจุบันเพื่อให้ผู้ฟังสามารถตรวจสอบได้ นอกจากนี้คุณธรรมจรรยาของผู้เล่าเรื่องถือว่ามีความสำคัญต่อการเพิ่มคุณภาพของการสื่อสาร สำหรับผู้ฟัง ควรใช้ปัญญาและความรู้ในการรับข้อมูล เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงปัญหาที่เกิดจากข้อมูลที่ผิดพลาด ความเข้าใจผิด หรือการถูกหลอก อย่างไรก็ตาม ก่อนเชื่อถือข้อมูลใดก็ตาม ผู้ฟังควรตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของหลักฐานและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเนื้อเรื่องและผู้เล่าเรื่องให้ชัดเจน จึงสรุปได้ว่า การประยุกต์ใช้กลวิธีการเล่าเรื่องอาจช่วยส่งเสริมคุณภาพของการสื่อสารในชีวิตประจำวันและการประกอบอาชีพได้

Using the point of view technique can be beneficial to everyday communication that is important for narrators and listeners (audience) in the real world. When telling a story, narrators can create an opportunity for listeners to develop an emotional connection to the story by adding objectivity, accuracy, reliable source, or the latest information so that listeners can verify it. Furthermore, narrators' decency and characters play an important role in increasing communication quality. For listeners, they should rely on their wisdom and knowledge while receiving information to avoid problems caused by wrong information, misunderstanding, or being deceived. However, before trusting in any story, listeners need to verify evidence or documents related to the story and its narrator. It can be concluded that the application of the point of view technique can help promote communication quality in people’s lives and careers.
