การประเมินหลักสูตรหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการโรงพยาบาล (หลักสูตรปรับปรุงพุทธศักราช 2561) คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาหลักสูตร วิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการโรงพยาบาล (หลักสูตรปรับปรุงพุทธศักราช 2561) คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ประเมินในด้านบริบท ปัจจัยนาเข้า กระบวนการ และผลผลิตของหลักสูตร ประชากรในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วยนักศึกษา อาจารย์ ผู้บริหาร และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้จานวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการวิจัยพบว่าการประเมินด้านบริบทพบว่าโดยรวมด้านชื่อและวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดีทุกข้อ โครงสร้างหลักสูตรด้านความเหมาะสมของจานวนหน่วยกิตโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดีทุกข้อ ด้านเนื้อหารายวิชาโดยรวมพบว่าส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับดี ด้านความเหมาะสมของเนื้อหาในหมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป กลุ่มวิชาบังคับ และกลุ่มวิชาเลือก โดยรวมพบว่ารายวิชาส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับดี ด้านความเหมาะสมของเนื้อหาในหมวดวิชาเฉพาะ วิชาแกนและกลุ่มวิชาเอก โดยรวมพบว่ารายวิชาส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับดีมาก กลุ่มวิชาเอกเลือกเวชระเบียนและเวชสถิติ ทุกรายวิชาอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ด้านปัจจัยนาเข้า ด้านอาจารย์ ในรายข้อส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับดีมาก ด้านนักศึกษา ในรายข้อ ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับดี ยกเว้นข้อมีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านภาษาอังกฤษ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.44 และสิ่งสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี ทุกข้อด้านกระบวนการพบว่า ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ในรายข้อมีอยู่ในระดับดี และดีมาก ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ และการบริหารหลักสูตร ในรายข้อส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับดีมากด้านผลผลิตโดยเป็นความคิดเห็นต่อความสามารถในการทางานของบัณฑิต พบว่าโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมากทุกข้อ

This descriptive research aimed to evaluate the Bachelor of Science Program in Hospital Management Curriculum, (Revised Curriculum 2018) Faculty of Public and Environment Health, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. It was evaluated in the context input, process and product. The population in this research composed of students, instructors, administrators, and specialists. Data were obtained by using questionnaires and analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation. Results showed that Context evaluations showed that the titles and the curriculum objectives were in a good level in all respects. The curriculum structure in total number of credits were all at a good level. Overall course content found that most were in a good level. The appropriateness of the content in the General Education: subjects compulsory and subjects Electives Overall, it was found that most of the courses were in a good level. Appropriateness of content in specific subjects: core subjects and major groups overall, most of the courses were found in a good level. The group of majors selected medical records and statistics were in a very good level in all subjects. In terms of input factors, instructors in most items were at a very good level, while students in most items were at a good level except for basic knowledge of English at the moderate level, with an average of 3.44 and learning support was a good level of suitability in all respects. In the process, it was found that in teaching and learning management in each item, there were in a good and very good levels. In terms of measuring and evaluating learning outcomes and curriculum administration most of the items were in a very good level. In terms of productivity, as an opinion on the graduate's ability to work It was found that all items were at a very good level
